I have bought parts from this place a few times before for all my Chevrolets will never do it again I will take my business to another Chevy dealer. Own a 2009 Trailblazer and all I want to do is get a list of parts for the rack and pinion it is a Chevrolet it's a Chevrolet dealer they should be able to give you the part numbers that way you know was also trying to find out if I had the sports package on it is it's a different power steering rack and pinion. Gentlemen told me they do not give out part numbers all I can do is order the parts.
Update before I even left their parking lot I called McCluskey Chevrolet not only did the man look up the part numbers he even emailed me the full blow up of the power steering section so I know what parts I need I can see what Chevrolet dealer I'm going too

Dealership was great to work with. I am from out of state and they made the buying process fairly easy. Even held the vehicle for me for over a week. If I lived closer, I'd buy from em more often.

2021 Silverado transmission torque converter replacement(which the service dept. confirmed at Bob Pulte Chevrolet, Lebanon, Ohio) estimate($2,600) was very high as the truck was 3 years old and the torque converter should not be failing even though drive train warranty has expired. Both my wife and I are GM retirees and this gives us a negative opinion on purchasing GM products in the future even though we get GM employee discounts.
