Drove all the way here to resolve an issue Target screwed up when I activated this phone. The business was closed when they are supposed to be open with no notice. What a waste of time.

Kelsie is the one who provided me with professional service today, The service at Boost has definitely improved, i have just updated my last review, which was for Brittany, she no longer is where I was going, they opened back up and I have to say much better service, no hassle, when there's a problem they take care of it immediately, no questions! I went in to upgrade my SIM card as requested the lady behind the counter put the little key in and breaks my SIM card tray then tells me there's an anything else she can do gives me a insurance report number

Went into the store today to find a phone case and dealt wirh Brittany. She was helping someone else but still greeted me when I walked in. When it was my turn she was extremely friendly and helpful. She suggested the right product based on my needs and made sure i was satisfied with everything before i left the store. Great customer service i will definitely be back.

I hate having to go into this location when Britney is working she is very rude and unprofessional shes always telling me to call 611 with every issue i have! She smells so highly of pot that i don't think she understands what youre trying to ask her she either needs to do her job or be fired i will not be going back to this location again and i will most likely switch carriers as well wish i could give 0 stars

The girl here was outside when walked up when walked in smelled highly of pot.she was so high she couldn’t understand what I needed for. I told her several times then she says call 611 what are these reps in here for if they don’t know how take a person off your plan and take a payment I will be goin to another phone carrier every time I come in they are stoned

Came into the store been here 20 times with mine my husband and my sons phones not working. Brytenie and nikki couldnt get them going but i got a girl named Sarah she is from another boost in Hamilton lets say she was a please to deal with and got all my phones working. I will be going to Hamilton from now on to her store.
