I went into the store on Saturday and I left very happy. The gentleman who waited on me was very knowledgeable. He let me make my own decision about which phone would suit me best after he described different features. He went out of his way to get me a blue tooth. I AM VERY SATISFIED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Tuesday, March 26 2024 I went into the Lebanon Cricket with a family member to purchase a new phone that would pair with my new Apple Watch. Tommy was the only one working, and as soon as I explained my situation to him, his immediate response was "Well, we don't deal with Apple Watches here." Later, when I inquired about whether my new phone would still work with the phone plan my family is on, Tommy retorted, "We don't do plans so I don't even know what you guys are talking about." After I had made my phone purchase (which I now regret doing and wished I had walked out) Tommy didn't explain anything about setting it up, didn't transfer any information, and told me there was no way I could retrieve my old texts on my new phone. After returning home, I had to make several phone calls to other Cricket stores and the Apple store. Both employees I spoke with were stunned that Tommy hadn't given me any directions on how to work my new phone. Luckily, the employee from Apple support was able to help me restart the process over the phone and sure enough, my texts did transfer. I have bought from Lebanon Cricket before and have always been satisfied. This was the complete opposite, and my family member and I will be shopping from a new store in the future.

This place never opens on time.. 3 times in the past few monthes arriving between 10-10:30 and not open.. Show up on time or change your hours!!! Very annoying and unprofessional

Courtney is such a sweet girl and very professional! She went over the phones and the prices and was able to explain everything to where we could understand. I would definately recommend going here!
