Terrible pharmacy, terrible staff, not helpful. I am sooo angry that this is the pharmacy I have to use. They never “receive” the prescriptions my doctors send over, or get them correct. At one point, at 8pm MY doctor had to call them and teach THEM how to fill it!!!!!

Should be a zero but you have to pick. Would not sell me insulin pen needles. Not insulin just the needles. Wanted a script. What a crock of bullshit. Never stepping back in your Lebanon store. A bunch of rude nasty people in pharmacy

This pharmacy is understaffed, overworked. Takes for ever to pick up a prescription through the drive through. Takes a long time to pick up in person, in the store. I've been on hold with CVS pharmacy for over 25min trying to get a prescription changed from name brand to generic. No one will pick up the phone. Shame on CVS management.

First they didn't have our prescription. Then they wouldn't answer the phone when other pharmacies called to get it transferred. Then they said they'd transferred it when they hadn't. Then they said they couldn't transfer it to one place because they claimed they'd sent it to another, who didn't actually have it. My child spent two extra hours sick and in pain because of these antics, which I'm told by other pharmacies they are notorious for. We'll be transferring all our prescriptions elsewhere.

Great experience this morning at the Lebanon CVS! Amanda and Rachel were so sweet and friendly. They were patient and helped me to find the medication for my son. It made my day to meet such lovely ladies! Thank you Rahel and Amanda!
