“From the front office staff to the doctors themselves, it feels like they are actually listening and not responding to invisible pressures from insurance companies and higher ups to make appointments short. It is refreshing to feel like someone is listening. The whole operation feels less robotic and cold. Keep in mind that because they are actually listening, sometimes appointments take a bit longer, and sometimes this means you might wait a bit - worth the wait. The process (but not the expertise) feels more like what a doctor's office used to be like 20 years ago, and I like that.”

“My ENT and Endocrinologist are fabulous but gave 4 stars bc still need to check-in at kiosk or rep even though the MyChart app is fully completed hours before check-in. Other offices have QR code to scan app info but neither doctor seems to accept it. Not terrible but seems inefficient”
