Every single time I order anything I dread that it goes through fedex. Packages keep getting delayed and I get told “ Customer not available or business closed” it’s a residential address

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have still not received my package. Every day for the past 11 days I’ve received both a “out for delivery” text sometimes preceded by or followed by a “your package is delayed” text. WTH FedEx???

This is the worst location. EVER.
Packages held hostage for days on end. Packages off and on delivery trucks that go for a little ride and never get delivered until days later.
I ordered live fish and we were supposed to be one of the earliest deliveries but weren’t. They sat in a hot truck all day and were DOE because of this. Now I’m waiting on worms to be delivered but we all know they won’t arrive alive. From now on, if someone ships using FedEx, I will not be ordering from there. I’m not one to complain online but at some point, something has to give. Over a year later and I’m having the same issues but only with this location.
* I now have ANOTHER package just going on joyrides daily. Im beyond over this. FedEx is a joke.

How are they even in business? It’s to the point I don’t want a product or service if FedEx is the delivery company they’re using. Getting sick of all my packages getting held up in Lebanon for 3-4 days while nobody can give a straight answer

I used to be just as pissed off as everyone else about their always-delayed deliveries.
But in recent times their deliveries have been arriving on time, I checked few time my packages tracking, most of them show they're loaded for delivery at 3am.
I can see they're improving and working hard. I'd like to believe that there used to be so many delivery delays because there weren't enough employees.
I hope they keep delivering packages on time and I hope them all the best!

Like many others, I had serious delay problems once my package reached this warehouse. For over a week, the tracking kept saying “expected delivery between 10am and 2pm,” then changed to “end of day,” and then pushed to “next day”—over and over again. Eventually I received my delivery, though the packaging was damaged. Judging by the google reviews, FedEx hasn’t fixed these issues.
If you’ve had similar problems with the FedEx warehouse in Lebanon, OH—like long delays or poor communication—you’re definitely not alone. I just reported my experience to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to help get their attention. If you’ve had the same issues, I encourage you to do the same (even if you received your package)! The more people file complaints, the more likely FedEx will actually address these problems. Leaving a google review helps, but reporting to the BBB can really make a difference. Let’s speak up and push for better service!

My package delivered to wrong address. Pictures of front door was not mine and it has taken. Didn’t alert me of delivery till next day. So I was not able to call right away saying my package was not there. So 3 days no resolution. I will update.

They are currently holding my package for “inspection” even though they’ve had it for five days. It was supposed to be delivered Friday, and it’s now Tuesday. I have called the customer service line multiple times because the only information I’m getting is “your package is delayed.” The call center kept trying to tell me I wasn’t home to sign for the delivery, even though the package doesn’t require a signature and they have never attempted to deliver it. I’m also not allowed to pick the package up so it’s currently being held hostage. I called customer service again and they called me back to say that they can’t even get in contact with this location.

Tracking system sucks. I will not use fed ex again. Missing work based on tracking, and now my delivery has been delayed. The hours for their warehouse suck, meaning it definitely doesn't benefit the customer, who is actually paying fees to have something on time. Making Amazon drivers look better all the time...

FedEx routinely delivers to the community mailbox instead of to the houses. The community mailbox is at least half a mile away, unsecured and subject to the weather - rain, snow, heat and so on. We even posted signs asking the driver to deliver to the houses instead of the community mailbox, and it's ignored. I avoid FedEx every time I have an option. This has been going on for a few years now. Very disappointing. UPS and Amazon always get the packet directly to us - never a problem there.

Absolutely horrible was suppose to receive package by 1 pm then by end of day had a driver back into drive way get into the back all to tell me I don't have it amd try and leave I said where is my package and is it going to be delivered he said I quote idk and probably not. Then runs to the cab and leaves. I've called and made complaints all they say is its out for delivery well apparently it's not. So now the parts can't be put on truck and I'm out thousands bc I can't use the truck to haul. How hard is it to deliver packages ups and usps don't have any issues. How is fedex still in business.
