Some of the staff here is decent, but overall this place is trash. Doctors ignore and talk over half your concerns. They'll make you wait a half hour past your appt time in the waiting room, but if you're 5 minutes late they'll claim they can't see you for another month. Now I have to go to the hospital instead of just seeing my doctor. This place is a joke.

Connie, Jillian, Dr. Crider, NP Wheeler, and the entire Lebanon team are amazing. They listen, care and have helped my family out tremendously. They have been professionals while balancing a personal family feeling. There isn’t one person in the office who wouldn’t drop everything to help and treat their patients, which is rare in todays world. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all you do.

I am troubled by negative reviews targeting Lebanon's Health Source, particularly those criticizing the front desk staff. Connie and Allison are exceptional individuals who consistently demonstrate a down-to-earth approach, being exceptionally personable and always willing to address my questions and concerns, even during walk-in visits. Throughout my pregnancy and while caring for my elderly father, they have provided invaluable support. Each time I enter this office, I am reminded of the sense of family that exists here. As I read the latest review about how they talk poorly about other patients, I must respectfully disagree, having never witnessed such behavior. It is clear that they genuinely care about each and every one of their patients.

Really poor care. Dr crider will constantly cancel your appointments or tell you to go to the er. They refused to give us a neurology referral and I had to self refer us and my daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy. Very very poor care. Very dismissive.

I was surprised by the negative reviews of this practice until I realized many of them are outdated and seem to concern people who don't work here anymore.
I love this place; Dr. Crider is the best PCP I've ever had. I've been a patient here for about a year and have never had any issues with scheduling or billing. Wait times are minimal. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, everyone who works here is actually nice and treats you with respect (sadly not true of most healthcare offices in my experience). No complaints from me.

Dr..Crider has helped relieve pain in my back, neck and shoulder with the manipulation therapy. It amazes me that just from this treatment and no meds I have great relief. I am very grateful to have found her and the team.

Friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, effective, what else can i say? Can't say that I've ever looked forward to going to the doc before.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Churnesky has left my 77-year-old mother in excruciating pain for many weeks now, and I am advising my mother to find a real doctor. Do not go here. It seems that they get doctors that do not care about people at all.

The office staff, medical assistants, nurse practioners and physicians are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I could not see my family going to another physicians office as we have had excellent care here. Healthsource of Ohio is located in the old Kroger shopping complex. If you need excellent healthcare, look no further than Healthsource of Ohio in Lebanon.
