I have lived here going on three years and have enjoyed it since we moved in. Very clean maintained property and all of our issues are immediately addressed.
We love the monthly newsletters and calendar that keeps you informed with local events going on and enjoy the community get togethers they put together from time to time, like the back to school parties, Easter egg hunts and annual hunters run Christmas bingo night for a few examples.
It’s affordable for the area and a peaceful place to live.

Really good place to live. Very safe living here. Gaenne plays no favorites with anyone living here and you will constantly see her on the property working or doing something. The maintence issues are addressed rapidly. If it's not addressed the day you put in the compliant paterick will fix the problem by the next day, he is very kind and nice.

By far the worst landlord I've ever experienced. She is entitled and thinks that she can do whatever she wants to whoever she wants because she's the property manager. And who Hunters Run his own by won't do anything about it. They allow her husband to work as a pool monitor and scream and yell at people. She comes to the pool on her day off and her swimsuit and screams and yells at kids. She's two-faced will send emails to other residents about your children along with pictures from other residents taking them. Can't say much about maintenance because 90% of us won't even call about maintenance repair because they're just going to charge us a lot or dealing with her causes too much stress.

We have lived in this complex for 4 years and have never had any issues or problems with staff. The management and maintenance is great and very communicative when something needs fixed. We have looked at other places but for the price and what Hunters Run has to offer, nothing compares to what we currently have. This complex is in a great location and accessible to everything. Ganeen is amazing at what she does and I could not think of a better person that I would want to rent from.

I see people complaining like crazy on this place. I've lived here for almost 7 years now, and I'm not going anywhere anytime soon!! They're clean, good sized floor plans (ESPECIALLY) for the money and they're responsive to things needing fixed. There are rules that have to be followed and people think they're above them and get mad when they get in trouble for breaking the rules!! I would recommend this place 100%

I have had a really great experience renting here, the office is quick to respond to me if I need anything, any repairs I've needed has happened within a couple days of calling it in. The property is always clean and the neighbors are super easy going . Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a longterm living situation.

I decided to call a couple times even based on the reviews. Which is terrible on my behalf but dam I been calling for a couple months from different numbers at that and nobody answers the phone ever. Which I’m not surprised.. but hey that’s my fault.

I really enjoyed Hunters Run. They are nice huge apartments. No bugs so I really liked that. Quiet neighborhood. Good schools in area. Jenne was very helpful along the way. If you have concerns she would help you. I lived here for a year and my children liked it. They also accept housing choice vouchers. If I ever had to come back. This is the place to raise your children.

I have been here not even 2 weeks and it’s literally an institution. People in prison have more visitation rights than you will if you move here. I’m currently working single mother with 3 children and cancer and have gotten in trouble for having a babysitter in house , since I work at home 50 hrs a week and my youngest is an infant still. I’ve also been harassed by the neighbor right off the bat and almost LOST my job because I was working while she was loosing her mind over a parking spot. During my first weekend here just on my street alone I seen the cops were called out for who knows what I can only imagine, several people dumpster diving, inside the actual trash can and people walking around in their boxers around little kids and all. Needless to say I’ve contacted my attorney and will be meeting soon to go over this lease as their are several arbitrary things that go against some of Ohio rental laws. If you work remote and need in house babysitters or would like to see your family for than 14 days in a 90 day period I wouldn’t suggest moving here. Definitely one of my biggest regrets.

I've been a tenant at Hunters Run for the past 5 years and my experience on this property has been nothing but wonderful. Last summer my AC wasn't working and maintenance was on it. There was a part that we had to wait on but Management was very accommodating and installed a window A/C unit until maintenance was able to fix my unit. It was a quick turnaround. The part arrived like in two days. I also had a leak in the ceiling in one of my daughter's bedroom. Ganeen or Carrie would call me and inform me on what was causing the leak and what needs to be done to fix the issue. Everything was completed within a reasonable time. I didn't have to keep complaining or harass management about fixing any work orders. I'm always told if I can think of anything else that needs fixing just let them know. I've read reviews where people would say Ganeen is mean and not nice. For people to complain about Ganeen being mean is ridiculous. Ganeen is doing her job in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the tenants. One time I went to the office to drop off my rent and I saw Ganeen passing out donuts and juice boxes to the kids at the bus stop which was located at the front of the office building. I thought that was a very kind gesture. She would address them as sweetie. I mean she's super nice. The only time I've seen Ganeen address the kids and in a respectful manner is when the kids are throwing rocks in the pool or destroying property. The problem that I see are the amount of unsupervised children playing around the property. Kids ranging from 4 to 12 years old playing in the parking lot, leaving their bikes and scooters in the middle of the road, children climbing on the dumpsters, climbing on top of people's cars and so forth. No parental supervision what so ever. Ganeen addresses the issue by sending out notices to ALL of the units reminding everyone of rules listed on our rental agreement (lease). As a resident I would be upset if Ganeen didn't do her job and address any issues in order to provide a safe and clean environment for all tenants. I've seen people complain about parking. Let me say this, I've called and complained against another tenant before in regards to parking spots. First of all, all tenants are made aware that we have 2 parking spots but they are not assigned. Which means the parking spot in front of our units are not our spots. It's just convenient that everyone parks in front of their unit. There is an area for guest parking. The reviews I read are in regards to these people who would have company and they take up residential parking and not park in the guest area. Don't let all the reviews fool you. I've complained against a neighbor because they took up 3 to 4 parking spots and I had to park in the guest parking area. I don't care if my neighbor parks in front of my unit because I'll just park in front of theirs, no worries. I always make sure when family and friends come over to visit that I respect my neighbors by having them park in the guest spot. I've made family move their cars because they were in the wrong spot. I expect the same respect in return. Lastly, the amount of people who leave complaints are the ones who are breaking the rules and were addressed regarding the issue. Basically they were caught. Neighbors talk so not hard to hear the gossip going around. Ganeen enforces the rules and I am thankful for that. I know my review was mostly about Ganeen. Carrie is super sweet as well. I just wanted to address the negative comments regarding Ganeen because I think it's unfair. And if you're going to leave a negative comment at least get the woman's name spelled right! Her name appears on all the notices we receive, geez!!! I highly recommend staying at Hunters Run, especially if you're not the problem. Follow the rules and they leave you alone, works for me and I have two kids, no issues! Don't be fooled by the reviews. Hunters Run is a great place. The units may be a little out d
