Used them to pick up my wife and her car after a mechanical issue.
Driver arrived very promptly, and was very courteous and professional throughout loading, the drive, and unloading. Equipment was clean and well-maintained.
Would recommend or use again without hesitation.

Chris and Austin did a great job getting out to me on a Sunday evening at 6pm. They arrived within an hour and had my vehicle wenched out within 45 minutes! They are a great crew and very time efficient!!

10/10! Came and retrieved my husband and myself off of 75N within 30 minutes of my call, which for a towing company is lightning quick. Loaded the vehicle which has a lower clearance with care and unloaded with the same care. No damage to the front end at all. Their tow Truck was in brand new shape, clean and well maintained. Our vehicle poured oil on his tow bed and the driver immediately cleaned it up before leaving our property. I’m impressed by this as he cared enough to take care of his own truck and NOT let the oil fly all over other vehicles once he left. Driver was super personable and friendly. (And he likes my puppy so bonus points!) Price was comparable to most for a flatbed tow going about 15 miles.
Would recommend and definitely will use again. But hopefully not too soon!
Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Thanks for the amazing service and making a bad situation better for us.

We got a flat on 71. After 3+ hours of no shows from AAA, I called Jacobs direct for a tow. They answered on first ring and 30 mins later my car was picked up and dropped off at the garage. These guys saved us big time!
