I had been a customer of this bank for at least 15 years. Over time things really became apparent to me that they didn’t actually care about their customers. From when I was treated poorly when asking about a loan and options, to their fraud department, to the most recent occurrence of my first time EVER over-drafting (because my mom mistakingly used my account on Amazon) and receiving little to no forgiveness, even after explaining what happened….Cindy tried to tell me at first they’ve waived those fees before so they wouldn’t do it again…and when I asked for them to show that to me, they of course had no evidence and gave me half of it back as “a courtesy because it wasn’t a bank error”….obviously? It was a mistake, we’re human and my mistake for thinking they would be understanding and kind. I was wrong. The kicker? I didn’t even know I over drafted….Until a week later when I got a letter in the mail. Cause that makes sense. No call, no email, no message in my app. Nothing but a letter. Why did no one bother to call?So, I finally cut ties.I realized that they’re very good at customer service. They’re friendly, nice, and rarely have an attitude when they speak to you on the phone. So, it’s easy to be fooled into thinking you’re working with nice people. But where they lack is customer CARE beyond their first line of staff. The higher ups, do not care. They didn’t care about those situations or how to take care of their customer. Customer service doesn’t stop at being nice. You want to keep your customers? Care about them too.

Literally the worst bank you will ever deal with. Not only are they rude anytime a problem occurs with their system which is daily they constantly take money off the top of every deposit. I have 2k come up disappeared and they had no solution. Looked at me as if I was lying.... WORST BANK EVER, There are way too many options to settle for this place. !

Awesome banking experience and super friendly staff. They helped me with my problems and especially helpful when my Mom passed away. I'm in my fifties and will be with this bank for life.

I bank at the Fairfield location, but I have also dealt with this main branch. The experience has always been the best it could be. After having an incredibly bad experience with CITIBANK I found refuge with Phoebe Kerby and her team close to home. I wasn't particularly unhappy with Fifth Third bank but the atmosphere at LCNB is so extraordinarily wonderful that I moved all of my Fifth Third money to LCNB as well. LCNB is the only bank that I will every need.

This bank used to be good, but they went downhill. They charge late fees before due dates of your payments. They loose your applications. We used to enjoy doing business with them, but in the past two years horrible management decisions have been made. I will recommend all friends and family go somewhere else!
