“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding service at Sherwin-Williams in Lebanon! Every time I walk through the doors, I’m greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about helping their customers. The level of professionalism here is second to none — they take the time to listen, make great recommendations, and ensure you walk out completely confident in your paint and product choices. Emily deserves special recognition — she consistently goes above and beyond. Her product knowledge, patience, and attention to detail make every visit easy and enjoyable. Whether it’s matching a tricky color, helping select the right finish for a restoration project, or making sure the order is ready exactly when I need it, Emily always delivers top-notch service with a great attitude. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work and values their customers. I always leave here impressed, and I recommend the Lebanon Sherwin-Williams store to anyone — whether you’re a homeowner tackling a weekend project or a professional contractor needing reliable support.”
“Hubby bought his self a piece of carrot cake. He's words,"bit pricey $$, average taste."I (hubbys wife) will say, nice and clean outside and RR were very clean.?”
“I had a bad experience at a big box store, trying to buy paint, so I did what I should've done in the first place. I came to Sherwin Williams. The ladies working the counter were friendly and inviting. The one helping me, after telling her what I was looking for, recommended I get their 'Cashmere' paint, which I ended up buying. Great paint, great service, happy customer!”
“I own a painting business and typically use sherwin williams but the manager ( forget his name) was very helpful and got me to switch back to using their products (which in my opinion are better products than anything sherwin williams has to offer for a better price).”
“Ashley was outstanding! We came into the store completely lost on what colors we wanted for our exterior house paint and she provided exactly the advice we needed and eased our stress. She was patient with all of our questions and gave us some great suggestions. She seemed incredibly knowledgeable and was very friendly. We will definitely come back to this location in the future because of her!”
“The associates at this store are awesome!! I called to ask a few questions about my project and followed up with an online order for pick up in store. When the associate saw I had ordered oil based for my project, she called me, just to make sure. And sure enough I ordered incorrectly. She fixed up the order and had it ready for pick soon after. She was great!”
“Dylan A was a tremendous help when selecting paint from Sherwin Williams. He was super knowledgeable and assisted with any questions I had. Dylan is a 12/10 employee - Sherwin Williams is very lucky to have him!”
