what kind of establishment doesn't recognize a durable poa ? we have a family member passing away of cancer and his poa was denied the right to withdraw money to pay for funeral expenses and an employee had the gall to say the witness signatures were ineligible....so beware they make there own rules up and do not follow... read full comment

Bad experience with the bank mgr on opening up busniss accounts. Very bad attitude. She doesn't understand how to follow the customers direction and needs.
