I really appreciate the services and the patients that I received from the staff I've been going there for a while and Jen Jones is the best doctor I've ever had and my current therapist Cameron is a very empathetic I see a lot of potential

I love solutions for the sheer fact that the counselor I have understands my needs. I have never had success with counseling in the past, but Lori has gone above and beyond for me. I have learned new ways to cope with my anxiety and ptsd to help with the way I react to certain situations that may arise during the day. When I go in for sessions, it's not boring because she talks to me like a human and is always kind, attentive, and helps me work things out at my pace. They also go based on income, which is nice. The doctors and nurses there are just as kind also. If you are ever feeling the need to talk to someone, give them a call and get an appointment set up they really are some of the best people I have met.

I like this place a lot, my therapist is great and always takes the time to listen to me. I also leave feeling like I’ve been helped and I had someone there to listen and help me. My psychiatrist is great as well, I haven’t had any issues with this place it’s been all good experiences.

I had an 8 am appointment scheduled today. I tried calling to let them know I was running late due to traffic and construction no answer after 5 calls. I show up at 8:17 and check in they call me back up to inform me that I was past the 15 minute grace period so I couldn't be seen. I let them know I tried calling multiple times and their response was oh sorry we didn't get here until after 8. So long story short they can be late and not let you know but when it comes to you being late you can't. Do better you are a mental health facility.

I absolutely would not refer anyone to this place. The VA sent my husband here in Nov and he filled out there book of papers. He was there an hour. The VA called said you need to go back they didn’t do what we sent you for. He contacted Solutions to make another appointment they said you need to come in and fill out the paperwork. He went back another book of paperwork to fill out he said I just done all of this. They said it was for a different appointment so you need to fill it out. So again he filled it out took him to turn it in and it wasn’t to there exceptions. So he had to go over thing all again. So he said I need a appointment they said we take walk ins from 1230-2 . No appointments so I take him for the walk in time they then say we don’t have the referral from the VA. He calls the VA while there waiting and again the paperwork he filled out wasn’t the right paperwork that they gave him. So from Nov to present he still never got his needs met. The girls in the front are useless they absolutely refuse to help anyone. I have set in there and the phones are ringing and the girls are sitting there having there own conversations. I didn’t want to give them a one star they definitely don’t deserve it

Be Careful here, my son was under probate, the case workers stalked me, just pill pushers, then they look at the family. Had the case workers look into My background. Don't even go to this place with your family members. The Case Managers blame families.

I would definitely recommend! The staff are amazing! They’ve helped me and my family.

They ought to call the place 'Problems,' because that's all I experienced there. I never knew who my Case Manager was, I had a Therapist who simply did not help, and I had a Doctor who would not listen to my concerns. I'm much better off somewhere else...

Solutions never returns the pharmacist request for a refil. They're answering service options to speak to someone is innaccurate. They are a mess and should be held accountable.

My experience with the facility was very disappointing. I waited for my appointment so long that when i finally got it they didn’t have a enough time to complete it so they made me come back another day. On top of that they billed me for both days even though my first appointment only lasted about 20 minutes. When i went in I specifically asked them to not send me anything in the mail due to me wanting to keep it private from my family. (Which was the whole reason i didn’t trust therapy places in the past). However a month later i got yet another bill in the mail from them. Do not go here they are unorganized and unprofessional. it didn’t feel like they wanted to help me with my issues more that they wanted to squeeze as much money out of me as possible.

I've never been to a more unprofessional place. Refered to by my HMO so that I could get back on medication. Had two "therapy" sessions which were almost entirely her just typing answers to invasive questions into a computer. Had to cancel two appointments, one for Easter and another for going out of town for work, and I receive a threatening letter in the mail telling me I've had "two or more no show / no call appointments in the last 90 days"... I called about both and one of the dates hasn't even happened yet. The letter indicates I must meet with her once a month... so suddenly my therapy is mandatory? If I do not obide, my medication is terminated. What is this place and who do these people think they are? It took me three months to go from getting insurance to getting in here and back on medication. Now it seems I'll be starting the process all over elsewhere. Ridiculous.

Worst communication ever. If your insurance covers any place else, then go there instead. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, they won't return phone calls, etc.. If you or your family member needs immediate mental care then please get them to a hospital ASAP because this place doesn't have ANY sense of urgency. Our paperwork stated that our need was urgent, as suicide had been mentioned. Finally got a call weeks later...not to schedule an appointment but to let me know that my daughter was on a waiting list. It's been several weeks and still no call for an appointment. Not sure why they are even allowed to call themselves a mental health recovery service.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Bathrooms, halls and rooms are very clean. Staff follow proper face mask and covid procedures.
