We HAD an excellent postman before he retired and now the one we have is grouchy, not friendly at all, yells at you, and now won't deliver our mail since my dog barked at him when she was INSIDE our garage when he passed by. She is on a thick leash and he got mad and yelled at my husband even though he told him he was sorry she scared him. Now we can't get anyone to return our phone call to discuss this further. My husband is disabled, both my kids are special needs and I'm temporarily working part time to make ends meet. Now I have to deal with this too?!!! Not sure where to turn to next.

An elderly lady with dirty blonde hair in a pony tail and glasses came and dropped off a important letter we were waiting on. Beat on our glass door 2 times instead of ringing the bell, then immediately wrote a re delivery letter and left. We were home! Sorry can't hear your soft weak arm knock on the door.

Absolutely terrible service when delivering packages, the one guy throws my packages from 10 feet away on Saturdays when they say fragile. The other weekly driver acts like its a pain to deliver anything to the door. Complained multiple times but still the same issue.

These absolute imbeciles misdeliver my packages about 10% of the time. I have no idea how that is possible when the street names are very different. Apparently there is not a literacy requirement in order to be a postal carrier. The fact that so many other private companies are able to deliver packages more efficiently and more accurately demonstrates why the postal office as a government service should be discontinued in any areas that private companies are willing to provide coverage. We need to quit giving federal money and federal benefits to absolute avatars of incompetence. Next time you misdeliver a package as important as my dog's cancer medication, I will spend every waking money of my time making all of your lives as unpleasant as possible, using ONLY strictly legal means of course. You suck.

Love it how people think the post office is paid by taxes. ??? The Postal Service generally receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations. Ya'll gunna learn today.

I had posted that I was concerned that my daughters didn't receive their nurses day cards that I mailed on May 9th. Well they received them yesterday. Which I still feel is an unacceptable amt of time. Who wouldn't get concerned?

MIL was home all day waiting to sign for my package since I don’t get home until 5:30pm. Was notified that they attempted to deliver at 3:30pm and that no one was there to sign. We checked the ring camera and no one even came to the door. Ridiculous!
