Because I tried twice to reach them by phone and it just hung up on me. It is my local walmart and it is a shame that I have to go through this. I have been to worst walmarts, but for it to be your local walmart you expect better.

I was in dire need of vegetables for my family dinner. I looked in the freezer section for some time, and eventually found frozen peas. I bought the peas and realized there were peas falling out of the bag. I took it in and a nice man named Matt gave me a new bag of peas. He was so kind and helpful. I had a very good dinner thanks to the kind man named Matt. He deserves a raise he was the nicest worker i've ever seen.

This is one of the better walmarts I have been too. The parking is great, the bathrooms are always clean, the workers are very nice and helpful, and the shelves are always stocked which I appreciate very much. The only thing I dislike about walmart is the self checkouts. It does seem only 1 lane is open with a cashier and then the other 10 stations are self checkout which is just inconvenient when you have a cart full of groceries or young kids with you. The store is clean and a bit more updated than others I have seen.

Walmart is really disappointing, shelves are never stocked, they never re-order items when needed. you can walk all over the store and not see one walmart employee anywhere. ive been to the jewelry counter and the paint area and have had to page someone to come help me or my friends, after an hour still no help. if someone does decide to show up they have no idea or information on how to help you. ive worked at walmart before in a different state and there was always 2-3 people in every section of walmart that were knowledgeable about that area. we always made sure the shelves were stocked, if we were running low on any items we ordered more before we were completely out. walmart in Lebanon ohio is a joke for sure

Just your average Walmart. Do not come here on Sunday mornings. The last time I came here on a Sunday morning, the self checkouts were closed with one regular checkout open. Why anyone from management couldn't open up the self checkout lanes while there was a line for one cashier is beyond me. Produce can be very hit and miss here too. Don't even bother with their pre-made sandwiches. They're usually near expiration or expired. The only good thing about Walmart is it can be cheaper than Kroger.

I just have learned to hate Walmart and how crooked they are. I'm the kind of mom who shops clearance clothes and I will be taking my clearance shopping to Target and avoid Walmart. Every time I've found something on clearance at Walmart, and it is very clearly marked on the rack that the specific item is clearance, I take it to the register and it rings up as full price. I bring it up and the cashier "looks into it" by talking to a manger or simply says I'm mistaken. Manager always claims it's a mistake too and neither bothers to check in back to see what the rack says. It has happened so many times that at this point I can only assume that Walmart likes to trick people into buying things full price by labeling them as clearance when they don't intend to give it to you at clearance price. It's very dishonest. I'm not about to hand over double or triple the money I planned on, so I hope their employees have enjoyed running stuff back to the clearance after I left. Target on the other hand has MUCH better clearance prices and I can go through self checkout with the guarantee of getting the clearance price.

New in town and needed an oil change. Decided to try them, but disappointed in service. Cost was in-line with what I had been paying at an independent shop. Like is typical for many Wal-marts, under-staffed. (Like when there are 32 registers and three are open.) When I got there there were two people working the desk. Soon after, another showed up and the first two left. So he was there, checking people in and out for service, quoting prices, running cash register for pick and pay customers, answering the phone and fielding questions. When I checked in, I was told it would be 30-45 minutes (I was there on a weekday morning). Car sat in the lot for 30 minutes before it even got into the garage. 75 minutes after checking in, I saw it in the lot. Never got notified it was done and according to the sheet it had been done for 15 minutes. In addition, the tech did not reset the "service needed" light. I was not about to wait another 15 minutes in line to have this done, so I did it myself.

There's not a rating on here to tag regarding management and customer service! This Walmart is NOT coupon friendly! I coupon to be able to donate to different organizations, I enjoy what I do! But for Management to contradict themselves from day to day really pisses me off! It takes a lot of time to find coupon and match deals with sales. But they seem to think they can change the rules to benefit them depending on which way the wind is blowing for that day! I'm am also followed thru the store like I'm a thief! If your marked as a frequent couponer, they change cashiers when I approach the cashiers that will seem to ALWAYS find something wrong with my coupon! (even though I use them correctly). Walmart management and cashiers need to learn and go by what their own Walmart couponing rules are!

I have some bad experiences at this Walmart. My husband does most of our grocery shopping and I constantly tell him to check the expiration dates because this Walmart always has expired products on their shelves along with lots of dented cans being sold at full price. I will list 3 things that have happened to me in the last couple of months: #1 A cashier didn't believe me when I told her the product I was buying had been marked down. She said something crazy like there were people in the store that changes prices trying to get them cheaper. I told her to go to check it herself and she said she couldn't leave her area. I was furious but my husband didn't want me to report her, saying she probably needs her job. #2 A couple of days before Thanksgiving my husband bought a package of frozen rolls that had an expiration day of almost 8 months past due. So much for ruining a family thanksgiving dinner! #3 Today I asked 2 young men where a product was (both with headphones on which they had to remove to even hear me speak) One led me to the wrong product and the other just said I don't know. When I finally found it on my own, what did I find...but expired dates! Believe me, I only shop here because it is convenient to my home but will warn anyone that shops there to look over every single thing you buy because this store will sell any outdated product they can.

This is my local Walmart and it is 2-star rating, meaning it meets my expectations for what a Walmart has to offer. Service here, like the other Walmart's I have visited, is almost non-existent. There is a wide variety of items available here at low prices, but also sometimes low quality. I run in here because it is near my home, and it has a large selection of inexpensive items i need frequently like toilet paper, soap, etc. I don't prefer shopping here for sure but it is very convenient.

Oil Service department wasn't upfront. Nothing like seeing a sign where it says $24.97 for oil change and the bill becomes $11 more. Be nice to let customers know before they take it in. The manager could of cared less. Even the register person was apologetic for the manager. Seems like their roles needs to be reversed.

Love this Walmart. Very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly too! Use the savings catcher app and you will save even more money.

Compared to other walmarts this is a superstore. Wide aisles, large selection, automotive, more than 1 line open as well as a self check out section. Cleaner than the Walmart I was use to.

just like every other walmart...I will say though at one time I took my car to get an oil change and ended up waiting quite a while as they had issues working something out with another customer before getting to me. But this has been the only issue and I am sure is more then likely not an on going issue. other then that...yep its a walmart and it has everything! Plus...there is a Subway inside, which for me is a plus.
