“I brought a old, but loved Fossil watch with a bent pin to the shop and the staff (AJ & Manager) were so helpful. Although they couldn't repair it on-site, they gave me all of the information to get it repaired AND if not repairable a similar style watch (#) and the Fossil Store that carries it! That's service!
