“Personally, the only place I choose to go to fix things or do check ups on my car.
The few times I've been (so far at least as of this review with more to come as needed) I've had very good experiences. Great staff. Very honest compared to other shops with the *real* work that needs done. Even will check other Shops "suggestions" and will be upfront on saying if you need it done or not. I respect it. Warns of wait times and even if you do wait at/in the shop they will update you on the process.
Prices I feel are very fair for parts, labor, and just overall.
The staff is very polite and will make sure you're taken care of. Even as a younger woman I don't feel like I'm being talked down on or anything. Because that happens sadly with other shops and whatnot. But here I'm just any other customer and it's great.
No issues on things I've had done to my car so far, and even if there was I feel like I'd be taken care of no problem. Insurance on parts for 2 years I believe as well.
Rather than taking my word and others for it I'd say make an appointment for yourself and have your own judgements afterwards.

“Atkinsons was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier. They are so friendly. They schedule your appointment quickly. Everything is explained and all questions are answered. Prices are very reasonable. Also if the repairs are going to take a few hours, the offer to take you home and come back and pick you up was available.
Definitely recommend these guys to fix your vehicle.”
“i had the oil change in my 2013 Yukon on Wednesday by Saturday it was leaking oil with it being a holiday weekend i had to wait to call and get it looked at i called on the next business day and they got me in and corrected the problem which was a loose oil filter and they also found 2 loose spark plugs and fixed them also at no cost thank you for your prompt attention to my problem”

The place we found close by to replace them failed to balance them and Jason offered to help us after hearing our story and was so generous. “These guys did great to fit me in before we left for vacation. We thought we had front wheel bearing issues and I had purchased them myself and didn't have time to do it. These guys diagnosed the fronts were fine but 1 rear was bad. They also replaced 2 tires because a wear, getting us road worthy before vacation. Much appreciated their thoroughness and honesty.”

“I wrecked my car and spent three weeks looking for a replacement. I finally ended up at Jerry Haag Motors. I found a car but it wasn't what I was expecting to buy. However, once I drove it (a Buick Enclave), I knew I was taking it home. There were a few issues but Steve Haag, the general manager, ensured they were fixed before I took the car home. One of the things I found that impressed me was the friendliness of everyone I encountered at the dealership; something I didn't experience anywhere else. It was a car buying experience that I truly enjoyed.”
