Angela was informative, kind and professional. My visit was difficult for a senior cat with declining health. They were compassionate and gentle with my pet as I chose to euthanize her. I felt supported and know she was treated with dignity.

Took all three of my dogs to get a flu shot and the first time they charged 180 which is fine and charge us for an office visit and the shot that’s fine. Went back for the booster and they charged again for an office visit and the shot as well again, but when the vet came in, he didn’t even hold my dog look at my dog they didn’t get the weights of my dog, but charged us again. It was my understanding that it was a one charge. Need to be more clear on charges

I would highly recommend Dr. Walter and his staff to anyone looking for a new vet. It was a pleasure having a male vet. Staff was friendly, caring, accommodating and took great care of Madighan.

The vet really cares about you and your animals. He did emergency surgery on my 12 wk old puppy and found she had eaten a stone. If it wouldn't have been for doctor Walthers I would have lost my puppy.

The office crew are very polite and helpful. The Vet is gentle with our little girl and she wasn't scared. Prices are reasonable too.

The staff were extremely accommodating and patient with Tucker. Dr. Doug took great care of Tucker and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He provided me with a great resource for Tucker's behavioral issues. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and competent!!
