These guys really care about your ski/boarding experience, i called to get some information about shipping and ended up talking to Chris in detail about the ski's I was looking to buy for my son. He was very knowledgeable and detailed and took extra care and time to understand what our needs were and to guide us to make a good decision. After 3 years and 240+ days in my boots I figured I was overdue for replacement. A Google Search directed me to Aspen Ski and Board with a newer model of my exact same boot, same size, and exact same sole lentgh. The boot was last year's model but new in box and saved me almost $500 over retail price! On top of the monetary savings, Chris provided excellent customer service by answering all my questions about binding compatibility for all my skis on the GripWalk soles. Chris shipped the boots and they were received within the week. Thanks to Chris and Aspen Ski and Board for the big $ savings and excellent customer service!

Wow! What an amazing online shopping experience. The price was fantastic, and I was blown away by the speed of delivery. I ordered late Monday evening and my package arrived via UPS on Thursday – super fast! The item was also in perfect, brand new condition, exactly as expected. Highly recommend this store!

We are so lucky to have a world class ski shop right here in Columbus. I’ve been going to ASB for all of my gear needs for many years and they always do a great job. They have a great boot fitter team and have competitive prices with even online retailers. Ski gear needs to fit properly so it’s important to have an experienced shop to visit in person that can ensure you have the best fitting boots/equipment!

Love shopping at Aspen. No matter how busy they are the customer service is top notch! Went in to buy boots and Chris R. was extremely knowledgeable about ski boots and was able to fit me with the perfect ski boot. Aspen truly cares about their customers and they always go above and beyond!

The ski package was delivered fast and also I had to return the boots to get another size. I sent the package back and my new boots came quickly. Awesome place to work with and great customer service

Ordered skis, bindings & poles here. Great prices, high level of integrity. There were some missed communications (see below). All issues were addressed. The skis were mounted correctly and were in pristine condition. I love to do business with a store (virtual or actual) that stands behind their products.
I sent 2 emails detailing my boot size & make, and requested pole length to be different from what the original order said (didn't notice the length specified at the time of order).
There was no confirmation that the emails were received or read, so I was alarmed to receive a notice that the order had shipped. Called them and the people at the store offered to recall the UPS shipping (unable to do), or free return shipping to have the package sent back, or a discount in case the skis were not mounted (for the service fees I'dincur tobhave the bindings mounted locally). In the event, the mounting was done but the poles shipped were not the right length. They said they'd ship the correct length (no need to ship back the other pair - not worth the shipping cost).

Outstanding shop all around.
Will, Alexis, and the rest of the staff are top-notch in every aspect that you would want from a shop. From product knowledge to customer service to physical work done on your equipment, this shop checks all of the boxes.
It’s not a good ski shop for Ohio, it’s a great ski shop period.

If you want good advice and a knowledgeable staff, come here. Chris was amazing and very helpful with getting set up for a long overdue new set of boots. They are better than most of the shops out west I've been to looking for advice and help. I've been coming here for years upgrading gear over time and every time I leave I've always been very happy.

I called this week to inquire on the expedited shipping of a snowboard for an upcoming trip. Nicole went above and beyond. She went out her way to ensure I received the board in advance of the trip. We had quick and easy email communication to confirm the order and tracking. 10/10. Thank you Nicole! I wish all transactions could be as pleasant as this one.

Initially I was going to order my new snowboard gear and package through an online site but decided to come in to see what they offer. Mason assisted me in choosing out my new snowboard and making sure I was making the right decision for proper fitment. The staff here is awesome and I'm still coming back for more products.

I recently visited Aspen Ski and Board for a boot fitting, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted warmly by the staff, setting the tone for what would be a memorable visit.
What truly stood out during my time at Aspen Ski and Board was the outstanding service provided by the team. Their knowledge and expertise were evident from the get-go. They took the time to thoroughly assess my needs, listening attentively to my concerns and preferences. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a perfect fit were truly commendable.
I must give a special mention to Scott, the manager, whose leadership and guidance were instrumental in making my experience unforgettable. While the entire team contributed to the exceptional service, Scott's presence added an extra layer of expertise and care.
Overall, my experience at Aspen Ski and Board exceeded all expectations. Their expertise, professionalism, and genuine passion for their craft truly set the standard for exceptional customer service.
