Absolutely amazing! I had a great experience here. The front lady (I think her name was Jessica) is Absolutely AMAZING! They got my car done in 3 weeks, which was very quick especially considering Thanksgiving was right in the middle of everything. I will go back here if I need Amy work done on my vehicle.

Being a busy day after the holiday, my wait time was a little longer than expected. However, once I was attended to, I was impressed by the estimator's professionalism. I was treated as a valued customer and reassured that my repairs would be handled with the utmost care.

I wouldn't fix my car there again!
After they took the money from the insurance, they didn't honor their lifetime warranty and they will find 100 excuses to blame you for other thing.
the fix doesn't even look professional. it is all sprayed unevenly
Stay away =!

Was told to take my truck here from my insurance company. I called them to bring my truck in and they said they don’t work with my insurance company. I said I’ll bring the truck in for repairs bc it needs fixed regardless and it might not even exceed the deductible. The lady at Crash Champions said she recommends not bringing it in bc they will charge me a higher rate than going through insurance…very odd experience. I went to another shop, and within 10 min, had a quote and repairs scheduled for next week :)

I was told ny Erie Insurance that the benefit of using these guys was that they were in sync with Enterprise and the car would be there waiting on me at the time for drop off. After the estimate and when i scheduled a time for the repairs, the lady said I'll let Enterprise know.
That was far from true. I showed up asjed where Enterprise was and said, I dunno you were suppose to contact them. I adjective went did you say you were then. She denied saying that However, Lil showed me herself the button she clicks on the computer to inform Enterprise. I caked Enterprise and they said they never received anything from crash and that's why they didn't show up. However they were willing to come on the spot. Great customer service by Enterprise. However I cannot say the same for crash. All they cared about was getting my vehicle and point fingers at everyone else and nothing else.
What's crazy is, during all the reschedules Enterprise was communicating with these guys as well to reschedule.
From the first phone call to scheduling an estimate to the point of dropping the car off to get the work done was dysfunctional. Called to schedule an estimste and the schedulers kept scheduling the wrong type of appointment, even after I tried to tell them what I needed, they wouldn't listen. . I had to cancel and reset a bunch of times lol.
I ended up canceling everything overall. I figured if all they were going to do was point fingers and careless about the situation, then what will they point fingers at and not care about later if somthing else was to happen.
If this isn't a service your going to back up then it shouldn't be offered and you definitely shouldnt be in Eries network as a service provided.
People plan there days, work etc around these appointments, the way they handled it was absolutely unacceptable.

Did decent work which took longer than I expected (work kept getting extended) but the 3-stars is because when spending about $8,000 to have my truck fixed I would expect it to be cleaned. I’ve been at other shops where they perform a quick detail. My car still have the same period so the inside we know they had to get inside to move it and they were touching it, etc.. very disappointed that they cannot at least clean the car. Seems like common sense to me. Even the dealers clean the car inside and out when you bring it in for major service.

I took my car in for a rear bumper collision repair. While the staff was friendly during the initial process, several issues left me disappointed with the overall service.
First, they had me sign the paperwork before allowing me to inspect the completed repair work. When I finally saw my car, I noticed the bumper was not properly aligned and was hanging loosely. Despite my concerns, they insisted 'This is how it is' and tried to blame the insurance company for not approving additional work.
After arguing my case, they agreed to redo the repair, but unfortunately, the second attempt was still subpar. At this point, I was exhausted from the back-and-forth and reluctantly accepted the car in its improperly repaired state.
Throughout the process, there was a lack of proactive communication and updates from the staff. I constantly had to follow up to get any information about the status of my vehicle.
While the employees were polite, the overall workmanship and customer service fell short of my expectations. I would recommend exploring other auto repair options in the area for a more satisfactory experience."

Warranty on their work is a joke! My older daughter was hit in her school parking lot -rear passenger door this past May The body work looked great. We didn’t think to check the power window control. A few weeks after pick-up, we tried, unsuccessfully to roll down the window. When I took it back they told me it wasn’t their problem.
My younger daughter is now driving the same car which was just hit in the High School parking lot. Guess where I will not be taking her car for repairs.

I recently had front end work done to my 2022 Toyota Corolla.
I am very pleased with the end results of the craftsmanship of the tech. The lady with the long hair (I cannot remember her name) greeted me so very nicely and took very good care of my baby while it was in the shop. It was a fantastic job that was done so quickly yet professionally. You now have a customer for life.
Sincerely,
Very pleased with my Toyota Corolla.

Very poor customer service from this place, mostly being Vanssetta. Original appointment was rescheduled due to their mistake and over scheduling, then upon arriving I had to wait 40 mins for VM to come look at my car.because she kept taking Phone calls. Once she finally came out, she argued about several things in the few mins it took while doing the initial photos. I asked her how long for the quote and she said 15 mins but I did not receive it in a timely manner. Once I did finally receive the quote, she refused to answer any more questions until after the work was done and asked me to pay up front for work that wasn’t done, even though she also wouldn’t answer the questions about it. I’ve never experienced this including the last time I came to this location. Then after I had enough I cancelled everything and told her I’d be reporting her to my insurance company as this is a preferred location for fixes, she continued to email me trying to be funny. Would recommend a cat on the street before I’d ever recommend her or this company if they are okay with this behavior.

Tried totaling my car without looking at the facts in front of them. Even after describing how Ohio laws do not apply to my vehicle, they tried to put a salvage title on my car so nobody could work on it. Never give them your business. Shady, selfish and extremely uncooperative. Better hope your insurance agent is top notch.

I had a bad accident of sliding off the road on ice, but my tires still turned. I didn't feel safe driving it or trying to fix it myself, mostly as I figured there might be internal stuff. I also can't do things like alignments myself of course. My insurance didn't give many options and when I called this shop said they had availability to take my car. If I went with an unlisted shop my insurance said they might not cover it so I didn't have much choice. The shop didn't even tell my insurance the car was there for several days. They had me sign an email consent to do the diagnosis, which was frustrating as it said repairs and estimates were reviewed. I asked about that so they gave a few vague answers before insisting they couldn't do a full diagnostic until I signed off so my car wasn't touched for several days. My car was already there and I didn't think my insurance would agree to changing shops. My car was in the shop for about a month because whenever I got an answer they said they were waiting on a part. However, they were truly awful at communication. They always gave very vague answers, almost never called back, and told me to ask someone else if I emailed. I tried to reach out weekly to see how things were going, but typically had to call more than once to get an answer. Apparently they only do updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which wasn't true as they didn't provide an update unless called. It didn't make sense as apparently only one person had access to the notes? They also pushed back the done date several times, but I only received the text notice once, on the day it was supposed to be done. My car was finally ready and their hours didn't line up with my work schedule so I agreed to after hours pick up as it wouldn't be sitting long. Then I got a text confirmation that I had picked up my car, which I hadn't. Their after hours process is that they park the car out front with the keys under the floor mat. Having a key pad lock box is not expensive and far safer. I'm also not sure if they parked my car with the keys as soon as they were done or only at closing time. My car is also a push start so my unlocked car could've been grabbed by someone eho wouldn't even need to search for the keys. Finally my insurance paid the cost aside from my deductible, but the list looked heavily inflated. They repainted my hood, which wasn't touched in the accident. They also replaced the headlight for over $1k despite also not being touched in my side impact accident. Likewise with the front grill. There were several things that didn't line up, but I won't go through the nearly $10k report in full. I think the insurance should review it more carefully, but I know they probably won't listen to me. It was also weird as they didn't do a test drive so the brakes sounded really funky from sitting so long. Overall it seemed like the work was done well, but I would absolutely not recommend them if paying out of pocket. The lack of communication was truly awful so a true estimate seems unlikely.
