I was charged a core charge for the battery I purchased on line, my wife picked up the battery and had the core with but the core charged was not removed .10 dollars is ten dollars. If I was to returned to the store , it would be gas money and 1 hour plus time too claim the money .
Disappointed in that service.

So some outside hanging lanterns my wife bought came with cheap rechargeable batteries. I immediately went to Batteries Plus website and found a perfect charger/battery combo at a reasonable price with a much longer batter life. Of course my local Batteries Plus had in store inventory so I was able to pick it up same day. I am a total Batteries Plus fanboy.

Good customer service, with on-line purchase that was shipped to location. They called got status of order from manufacture since it was not it stock. Received battery in window quoted and picked up in store.

My daughter just purchased a new vehicle and the key fob on her 2007 Toyota RAV4 was not working. When we walked in, the rep was so kind, helped us right away and got the issue resolved immediately. She is really happy and very thankful for the prompt and kind help. Thank you so much!

Batteries Plus-Donovan, associate at Lewis Center, Ohio helped on June 16 with key fobs. Great service and has good sales skills. Wasn’t pushing but was informative.

S Taylor of the Lewis Center, OH Batteries Plus was patient and helpful in cutting and programming my replacement key fob. I'm very impressed with his professionalism and persistence. It was also much cheaper than the dealership.
