Don't work for this company I walked out due to the toxic work environment, but because I did so I am now not getting paid for 26 days of work while on a 5k a month guarantee but now because I didn't work the full month I now am not getting paid for an entire month of work, they also are doing all of this knowing I went into a mental hospital due to a suicide attempt it's no wonder one of there previous employee's committed suicide it is that toxic and abusive company.

Had such a great experience at Coughlin Kia yesterday. I was in a lease with Chevy and since coughlin also has a Chevy dealership they were able to buy me out of my Chevy lease and get me into my dream car! Tony worked with me to get me within my budget with all the features I wanted. He was educated in the car and helped me understand how to use all the features the car has to offer. I will be leasing/buying all my future cars from this location even though I live about 30 minutes away.

Just purchased a 2025 Kia sorento . From the time I walked in the door I was impressed how they were wanting my business and worked with us the entire way. I have never went to a dealership who listened to us and worked with us on everything with the deal. Amir was new at selling but he did a great job and took great care of us.
Brittany in finance was amazing and we were super impressed with her.

My husband and I went in Coughlin Kia Lewis Center not really knowing exactly what we were looking for. We were greeted by Tony Wolf from the sales team; let me just say; this was hands down the best sales experience we have ever had. From start to finish, all of our questions were answered, Tony was so diligent with showing us the ins and outs of the vehicles we wanted to look at. We left with a brand new Sorento, and feeling like we made a great choice. We will certainly be referring our friends and family. Thank you Tony, and the rest of the staff. You guys made buying a new car painless!

Had a great experience throughout the purchasing process. However after I bought my car that’s where the service went downhill. I had signed up for the extended warranty and changed my mind after. Had to follow up four separate times to have the financial sales person cancel and still unsure if it went through. She told me she would set a reminder and send me a confirmation when it was done but I had to reach out a month later and she said there was an issue with the system. Also called in after this regarding a recall and trim that was falling off to the sales person and didn’t receive a call back. Went from wanting to buy every car through them to not wanting to shop there again.

Had my car towed to the location after my car was stolen and recovered for repairs. Almost three weeks later and multiple parts having be to ordered and replaced (again) due to the parts that were ordered being damaged, they are still finding defects and issues with the car which has resulted in them postponing the pick up time 4 times over the past two weeks.
Thank god my fiance has let me use their car for commuting to and from my job because I would have lost my job by now. This whole ordeal of waiting with no response, constant back and forth calling to even get updates on the car is ridiculous. I was originally charged $2700 for all repairs and now due to a “unforeseen” issue with the window panel the cost just went to $3300 it’s no expected time to get the car back.

What a waste of time this was. I made an appointment for a manufacturer recall at this dealership where I bought my car in 2014. The dealership is very far from my house but I figured I'd go there since they know the vehicle. On checking in they informed me that the wait time for the 3 recalls (on the phone I was told there was only one) would be 2.5-4 hours. The service agent should have told me this to begin with. There was no loaner car and no viable solution for me to leave my car there. I will not be taking any of my business to Coughlin Kia ever again.
