I won a unit here through auction that I had to clear out. Justin was super accommodating and gave me plenty of time. He even waited for me at closing time to pick up my deposit. He went above and beyond to help me and I can’t thank him enough! Thank you Justin! Thank you CubeSmart too.

For the most part, a good experience. Started at one location looking for a climate controlled unit. They didn’t have one so they referred me to another of their properties about 2 miles away that had what I needed. Awesome. What I didn’t like was a little lack of transparency. I had talked to them over the phone and had an appointment to sign DOCS. What I was not told upfront was that they provide a lock ($19.95 fee) and that I am required to pay them $16 a month for their insurance. When asked about my own insurance, they said they would waive their fee once I provided my proof of insurance. It would have been nice to know these things prior to me showing up.

Needed a unit quick and at the last minute and I was on the road. I was able to find a unit at a great price, reserve it, fill out the lease agreement and sign everything from my phone in less than 10 minutes! Clean unit was ready for me with a welcome bag and all the information I could need! Spoke with the manager and he was very helpful and friendly
