All of the employees that work in the pharmacy are extremely rude and disrespectful. They act like you are bothering them. They do no want to help you in any way get to the root of any problems. Do not even bother to ask a question because you will get a huff and an eye roll. No one can seem to explain why they do not have a drug or why it takes so long to order a drug. Just an awful place to have to get my prescriptions from. Definitely looking to switch to Walgreens.

Pharmacy is very difficult. You can no longer speak with the pharmacy when you call - you have to leave a message. The automated voice asks if you want a call back, but you’ll never get one. They do not communicate and they give your doctors office a difficult time when reaching out about prescriptions. Unprofessional. Can’t wait to change to a new pharmacy.

I always try to call to get prescription status and the automated voice never works it always thinks I’m talking when I’m not and makes me restart from the beginning after it constantly thinks it heard something.

So, I had an issue with my credit card while getting a prescription. I couldn't get my daughter a lollipop. Francina gave her 2 lollipops. After I got my card working, I got my medicine. But when I tried to check out to pay for the lollipop, it didn't work again. Ben, another employee, was willing to use his own card to pay for it. Luckily, the card started working after the 3rd attempt. But it showed me how caring both of these employees were. It really made my bad day turn into a reminder about good people.

Too many mistakes this pharmacy is very busy and I'm sure they're working hard but there are too many mistakes that are a risk. I specifically asked about drug interactions and obviously the pharmacist couldn't be bothered to double check, and obviously the computer system isn't set up properly to identify risks of combined medicines I was on. glad my doctor flagged it for me.

The drive thru cashier is always so nice! I am not sure of her name but she has a little gray hair. She is on her feet all day but still has such a cheerful attitude
