EXTREMELY slow. originally waited around 35 minutes for my prescription and then was told that they had already restocked it (i got a text message the same day that i had 2 more days to pick up my prescription, so i went that same morning). they told me to come back in a few hours. i came back and still had to wait over 20 minutes for my prescription….come on, really?

I do a lot of shopping here because of location. Every time I go in, they are friendly, and always get the job done. I don’t know who the older woman was but it was nice to be able to go in and have genuine conversation about the neighborhood. I will continue to shop here frequently!

This location of cvs is always very helpful and the wait time is not bad at all the pharmacists talk to you directly which is nice

Terrible experiences with CVS: I made an online order, and they gave me the wrong product! Then I came in the store to try to exchange to the right one that I ordered. The front lady was very rude and ignorant. It was my turn at that time. I explained to her what happened. She asked me to return the product, gave me a refund, but asked me to go find the right product by myself! Am I supposed to do that? At that time it was still fine for me. I still went to find it. I could not locate it so I came back and asked for her help. However, when I came back, she refused to serve me and asked me to queue again! What is wrong?! I was supposed to get served as I was being served before! (Even worse is before I went to find the product, I did asked her whether I should go back to her for a direct check out!)

I had transfered my prescriptions from the park road location, and I always had an issue with this old lady working there. Now she is working at this location on OldState Rd, and she brought her attitude with her. They need to fire her ASAP!! If not for her I'd give this location a higher rating.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They only have a few employees staffed at a time but I have been in on several occasions and someone always makes themselves available to help when needed.

Listen, I understand staffing issues are not your fault. I’ve worked in customer service 20 years and understand sometimes there is nothing you can do. But when I have to come to your store a third time for a prescription because you didn’t have it ready the first or second time I’m gonna be upset. Especially when I’ve waited 10 plus minutes per car then you go on lunch with a line wrapped around the store. Once I get my prescription I’ll be headed to a new location. I feel terrible for workers here cause they seem stressed out of their minds. Please close the pharmacy location until you get help for them.

I literally just walked out with my prescription. I will be using a different pharmacy. My old pharmacy on park rd is closing so this is the first time at this location. I came in about 30 mins before they closed there was some issues with my prescription so I had to wait quite a bit for them to refill them. When they called me to pick up my medication I mentioned to the girl that I would like to use GoodRx (because I do not have insurance) she replied back saying that, they are closing in 5 mins, basically trying to say there’s no time to use a coupon. Then she went on to say that they already applied it, which I appreciate it, but her comment about closing in 5 mins was very unprofessional and rude. Will not be returning.

Called in to refill prescription. Person who took refill information told me “it will be ready in an hour.“ Over an hour later, I drove up there, waited and drive-through for over 30 minutes, to be told “it will be ready in an hour.“ this means, that in another hour, I will have to drive up there again, sit and wait up to 30 more minutes. This could be headed off, if you instructed your pharmacy staff not to give an ETA on prescription refills. Further, I do not use your text feature, because when I asked if I wanted a refill refilled previously, and I answered “no“, it kept texting me the same damn question repeatedly. This is two customer service fails. You guys are really needing to deal with. I don’t GAF if you’re short staffed; the fact that you do not want to pay employees, a living wage, combined with the factthat you can’t apparently keep people, should never become my problem.

We had to buy a health care item from here because it was out of stock everywhere else. It was hard to find as we don't normally shop at this store. We, finally, found it and went to the check lane but no employee ever came. So, we used the self checkout which took a long time. They are slower compared to other self check out lines elsewhere. We never even saw one employee the entire time so there was no one to ask for any help with anyone. It's high prices for no customer service. Hopefully, we will never need to visit this store again.
