Horrible! Got called today by Kayla the manager. Demanding payment. My payment failed because I was not notified that I would be charged even though I wasn't finished with the rental. If notified I would have made sure funds were available. I've been completely communicative during my rental while my car was repaired. Asking to extend and even have phone records and texts to prove it. The manager called today demanding payment or it would be reported as unauthorized access. Pretty much saying its stolen. I'm not putting up with this treatment. I did nothing wrong. Will call corporate office in the morning. Even missed a day of work dealing with this situation.

Love the Lazelle Rd branch. They treat me like family and are always super accommodating. Always clean cars and fast in and out.

Offering a car all scratched multiple scratches in many areas and on the agreement they gave you it says " No damage documented" doesn't make sense. Knowing that the rep doesn't show you that part on the ipad when you sign. I have documented and shared my concerns about the multiple scratches with the rep, he said some are on a claim for a previous customer....but not putting that in writing..i have emailed the rep waiting for his explanation and feedback.....No feedback until now….Tim Leach is not responding to my emails even when he gave me his email contact. Absent post-service…very unprofessional

It's always a pleasure working with enterprise. Thank you. However I encourage to get their insurance but like me I don't have extra funds on a daily to protect their car. But other than that I love enterprise

This place is a SCAM! offered to upgrade my car (which insurance shouldve covered but they didnt) and didnt make me aware of the costs. Ended up being an extra $600. Do yourself a favor and never go here, they dont care about you just your money.

The sole reason I’m giving two stars is the excellent staff. Having a very familiar understanding of Enterprises business model that recruits heavily out of college, but has an even higher turnover rate, because of unreasonable hours that is required to work. The staff I dealt with were extremely professional and understanding, even though they are understaffed.The first car they tried to give me had expired registration expired. The next car I received had an immediate message stating needing service ASAP, no top of not being cleaned. I found someone’s MacBook power cord.Enterprise is the epitome of a modern day sweat shop. I RECOMMEND NO ONE USE ENTERPIRSE RENT-A-CAR!!!!Corey

I had three reservations cancelled for this date before picking up a vehicle and then I was not given the requested vehicle. When I came to pickup, the car was not fueled and ready to go. Frustrating experience overall to say the least.

Booked a rental from here through my insurance. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Kayella was so helpful and thorough with the process and answering all my questions as it was a insurance claim. Would return to them for my future rentals.

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS HERE! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Never in my life have I witnessed such HORRENDOUS customer service. My boyfriend had a reservation for a rental after his car was stolen. They told him it would be $50 when he came to pick it up. However, they tried to charge him for THEIR insurance coverage, even though he has his own. So this brought the cost to $77. After transferring some money into the correct account to cover this, they refused his card because he “didn’t have the money on him when he arrived”. So they tell him that they cannot give him the car for another 24 hours. So they Jack up the price from what they told him and that’s somehow HIS fault?! What a joke. To make matters worse, the car they planned on giving him was not only damaged, but it was the same car that he has that was stolen. They don’t even leave the car out on their lot at night because it could be stolen, but yet they’re trying to give it to a customer. An absolute joke of a place and a terrible excuse for “service”. I will never, EVER do business with Enterprise again, and I will tell anyone and everyone never to go there as well.

Wanted to say praise for this office, and Corey - for quicky helping out when the rental from my NC Enterprise office started having (what felt/sounded like) a brakes issue. I was driving, from the North, and pulled in - Introduced myself and told them what was happening. Corey looked at the computer, stared out around the lot and found me a vehicle ... I continued, back to North Carolina trouble-free. Turned it in, today.Thanks, to these folks handling things with professionalism, and precision ?Padraic R Smith

Do not rent from here. They reached out to me 3 months post returning the rental vehicle, claiming I made damages to the roof of the vehicle when I clearly HAVE NOT. They charged over $1300 to my insurance and my deductible was $500. They're telling me they may take this to court if I don't make payments and that they'll blacklist me from renting from their company. I made the mistake of not taking pictures of the roof of the car while returning and therefore I haven't been able to prove that I didn't make the damages. The fact that they took over three months to notify me of the damages is bizarre! Look up the news there are so many such cases where they have charged innocent customers of the damages they didn't make.I hate this company.

I frequently have to rent cars for work and this location is the easiest for me to rent from. Their lot is physically small so they are limited at how much inventory they can keep on had but they always make it work! The staff is very nice and accommodating. They have upgraded cars for me and always given me my choice of car to rent. They have worked with me when they haven’t had cars on the lot and I’ve been able to come back later in the day and the car is ready. I greatly appreciate everyone at this location!

Last time my employer made a reservation I showed up in the am on time to pick up the SUV, I told the store manager I was there for pick up, then she takes off for 25 minutes without communicating as to where she went or why I had to wait. In the mean while more customers kept coming in, the phone kept ringing non stop to a point that a customer got so upset that she answered the phone and put the caller on hold. After 25 minutes I went out and saw her washing a SUV. I got upset and told her she had me waiting 25 minutes not knowing what was going on, she said she is getting it ready. At this point I just wanted to walk away but my husband convinced me to stay. They had my reservation from at least 2 wks ahead of time and they didn’t even bother to make sure to have a car ready. Not to mention another Toyota SUV was also available on the parking lot. I picked up the car half dirty as I had already waited 30 minutes and had to go to work. At no point I received an apology for the inconvenience. After pick up I noticed the trunk would not stay up and had a glitch (opened then closed). Less than two weeks of having it, went to astore for 10 minutes today, came out and car would not turn on, battery dead, a guy helped me to jump start and I made it to another enterprise 2 minutes before close to switch out the car. You know I rent out all year around from you, but this is absolutely unacceptable and you have lost me as a customer. I only came to this location because it was closer to home, but I am done.
