My family trust was held there until new, young management took over the account and we could not get away fast enough. All they cared about was holding onto the funds to make their business portfolio look better and did not make distributions as was intended by my father. I was spoken to like I was a 6 year old when trying to access my trust account, even though I was old enough to be the team’s mother or grandmother. Do not leave your heirs in the hands of this bank!!!!

I cannot give enough praise to Indhumathi Udhayakumar!!!! She always greets me by name when I walk into the branch or come through the drive through. She is the epitome of a customer service representative. I cannot think of a better representative. The only errand my 8 year old daughter likes to do with me is go to the bank. Udhayakumar makes my daughter feel special too!!!

Never believe anything Mike James tells you about a mortgage loan. Get someone else! He'll string you along and kill your home buying dream in the end.
