All of the stylists treat my son who has Down Syndrome the best!! He loves to go get his haircut at this location and would go everyday if he could. He loves all of them especially Mr. Jim. It was sad to hear he transferred to another store and my son soon got over it as the stylist there all treat him so well. Thank you for all that you do for him!

They won’t take a walk-in when the store is open for 22 more minutes, the estimated wait time is 14 minutes with 2 members in the line, and 3 hair stylists working.

Angel cut my hair and did a great job. She made sure we were on the same page about length and style right away and checked in throughout the process. She was friendly and we chatted throughout the cut. She took her time with it and layered it well. I was in and out without any fuss. I went during the lunch hour and had no wait thanks to checking in via the app. I had a very positive experience here and would recommend it. The salon itself was clean and organized too!

Amanda is great, she listens to requests and honors each one. She is my new stylist.

I’m a regular customer at this Great Clips location as I live nearby, and I usually don’t have issues. But today’s experience was very disappointing.
I checked in through the app at around 4:30 PM, and the wait time was showing 102 minutes. Since I knew the store closes at 7:00 PM, I waited patiently and even sat in the parking lot so I wouldn’t miss my turn. I received the “ready” text at 6:48 PM and walked in immediately.
Amanda was the stylist who took me in, and right from the start, her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made it very clear she was unhappy to serve me, even though I arrived well before closing and followed the check-in process properly. She didn’t greet or make any basic conversation, and the haircut felt rushed—she finished in just 4 minutes.
Worse, she even said something along the lines of “Since you came late, I’m not going to do much” which felt like a threat to mess up my haircut. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s completely unacceptable. Other stylists were still working with their customers patiently, so there was no excuse for her behavior.
Her tone was cold, her body language dismissive, and she treated me like I was an inconvenience, not a customer. For someone who comes here often and respects the check-in system, this was a very disrespectful experience.
If this is how regular customers are treated toward the end of the day, it really affects the reputation of the store. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way.

Cut my hair like a barber. I asked for layers and he brushed my hair straight down & cut my hair straight across. I specifically asked for layers. He never asked what I wanted, he just said he was in a hurry & had a lot of bookings. 5 minutes is all it took and he had the audacity to ask for a $20 tip. He cut my friend's hair as well so I guess that's why he wanted $20. $18 cut X 2= $36, so the tip should be $9. We gave $10 (27.78%).

I was a bit hesitant after seeing some not-do-great reviews, but my granddaughter and I both got great cuts and service. (I wish I'd written down names!). Pricing for cuts/trims were very reasonable. Both stylists listened to what we wanted (which I've had soo much trouble with in the past). They dealt with lots of hair (granddaughter); and thin, fine hair (me) very well. I got a short cut I love. Stylist was great with a 5 yr. old. We signed in online and only had about 10:00 by the time we got there. I paid the extra fee for styling for granddaughter; it was kind of a special treat, so I didn't really mind. It was big fun watching the process! We'll be back.

This place has bunch of unprofessional hairstylists who completely ruined my hair. I won’t recommend and don’t think they deserve a single star.

I’ve been having Jim cut my hair for over 25 years! He always does a wonderful job, with professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.

I got Jim as a stylist. After he cut my hair. He was very frustrated with me, kept telling me “come on Sarah”, “come on Sarah I have more clients” and there was only one client waiting in the waiting area. He then put hair gel in his hands and styled my hair, without asking if I wanted my hair styled or gelled. I asked if he could cut my an hair a little bit, he just grabbed the scissors and started cutting. After he grew more frustrated he slid my chair down and took the apron off of me. And said that I needed to take the rest of the day to style my hair and if I didn’t like it to come back. As a person and and a person with a disability no one should be treated with this much disrespect and should not be rushed out of the salon chair.
I’ve been coming here for 3 years and every time I have been getting stylists who are down right rude and unwilling to take their time with clients. After all we’re the ones who are paying for the haircut we want.
