The lady at the counter was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have never had to get a storage before and had so many questions, and every single question was answered, including things just thrown at me that I would have never thought to ask. Not once have I ever felt more confident in spending my husbands money than I did getting a storage for us to move to our forever home lol. I cannot remember her name, but if she see's this, THANK YOU!

The officer manager helped tremendously with a personal situation that rolled over into my storage affairs. You need more employees like her that will sit down and listen, even though I was rambling, and offer her sympathy and help as much as she possibly could. Christina made what started as a terrible day, just a little more sunny when all was said and done.

The storage area and ease of doing everything online were great. Unfortunately there are a few hidden fees that make it much more expensive than just the fee for the storage. That wa not communicated to me when I called to rent the space.

Unfair Charges and Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with how this CubeSmart Self Storage handled my recent move-out. I vacated my unit on July 31st, yet my bill was set to recur on the 3rd of each month. Despite leaving before the August billing cycle, they charged me for August through September 3rd.
When I called the manager to request a refund, she told me they could not issue one. I then asked if I could continue using the unit for the period I had paid for, and she said no — they had already rented it to someone else.
So not only did they keep my money, but they also rented the same space to another person, essentially charging two customers for the same unit. This is completely unacceptable and feels unethical.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this location to think twice — their billing practices and customer service are frustrating and unfair.

I have rented an RV space here for a year. I just renewed and was able to move my space. Front office is knowledgeable and helpful. My RV is safe here. With new gravel upgrades to the parking spots this will be even better. Highly recommend! 5 of 5!!!
