“Really nice gym. Extremely clean and all of the equipment was spaced out nicely. I also enjoyed the variety of options I had especially when it came to the turf area, Assault Bikes and row machines.”

“I would not be able to adequately do justice with words how phenomenal Brandon and his gym are. The level of knowledge and support that Brandon offer are far superior than you'll find anywhere else. He doesn't get caught up in the fad diets that are out there but rather true science/medically based guidance on how to eat and train for permanent fat loss. I love that he's got an actual degree in exercise physiology so he's the real deal. I've come to him time and time again with questions and he never gets tired of answering or helping because he really wants to see his clients succeed. He's also managed to create a unique environment with his gym where you feel comfortable and everyone is doing their own thing and focused on their goals rather than people being obnoxious and slamming down weights to get noticed.. haha, of course if they tried that it wouldn't be tolerated. The best decision you could ever make for yourself and your health is to work with Brandon and Northern Performance Systems.”

“Went in for an emergency visit and it was absolutely exceptional. First it was so quick I waited in the lobby at Grady to not even be taken back for over two hours while I walked in and out in an hour and a half here. The staff was just wonderful and so friendly. I definitely recommend if you have an emergency coming here”

“Force Aquatics hosted the Swim into Spring Masters Swim Meet at this facility. Well-run event in a really nice pool and fitness center. Locker rooms are well-equipped with spacious lockers for gym bags/clothing, etc. Staff members were very helpful in guiding me where I needed to be.”
