I was at the Kohl's at Lewis Center, Ohio. I found this location has a wide selection of available quality merchandise, it has a variety of merchandise choices in sizes and colors. I found it easy to find what I was looking for. This location has comfortable atmosphere and the associates are helpful, friendly, approachable and timely with their customer service. There is plenty of parking nearby and close to the store's entrance.

Store has a lot of options and is great. So, store gets 5 stars. However, one of the checkout staff gave me a receipt, circled the review you could give, provided their name, and I said I would because I genuinely like the store. Checkout staff proceeded to ask, demand I fill it out on the spot, waiting up the line, and staring until I did something. It was inappropriate to be pressured like that. That checkout staff gets 0 stars.

The store was very clean friendly customer service and all areas of the store plenty of stock on the hangers and I like the late hours that the store was open

Nice store, but customers suck as both times I've used the changing room. People have walked in without knocking, and staff haven't done anything about it
