My wife attempted to pick up a refill and came across a less than friendly pharmacy technician. As my wife is seeking clarification on the prescription in question the technician begins to exhibit a less than professional behavior towards my wife. My wife asks to speak to the manager on duty. She notes the pharmacy tech with 2 other pharmacy techs pointing and laughing at my wife. It was like a scene in high school and extremely unprofessional. The issue was finally resolved with the manager but the juvenile behavior of the support staff has the family moving our scripts to another pharmacy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is the worst Krogers I have ever been to. They lost my Husband’s heart medication… he had only one pill left so we were like okay please just have it ready tomorrow and we will pick up…called the next day and they never filled it… no apologizes or anything or no rush to make it right they said it they would get it filled after 4pm tomorrow.. so now my husband is going without his meds. Worst service I have ever had with them. We will be transferring all of our medications as soon as possible.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. I placed a refill request online a week ago. Checked status this week and it showed they had contacted provider, checked status this morning and it’s back to showing available for refill and it would be ready in 3 days.
It’s a daily prescription and I’m out so tried to call to get it refilled today. Immediately told me to please hold and put me on hold. It would ring again about every two minutes, then go back to hold. It did this for 14 minutes and then went to voice mail.
I waited and called back about 20 minutes later. Immediately told to “Please hold” and put on hold. I hung up and will be moving all of my prescriptions to Meijer today. Kroger, if you have people that dislike doing their jobs that much, replace them. There are plenty of people in the market for jobs and I’m sure plenty are at least qualified to pick up the phone.

I can confidently say this pharmacy is one of the worst establishments I’ve ever encountered. My wife urgently needed pain medication before a scheduled procedure, and when we arrived two hours after the prescription was sent, it hadn’t even been started. They rudely informed us it would take at least another hour, leaving my wife to face her procedure completely unmedicated.
The staff displayed a shocking lack of empathy and care. Instead of accommodating us, they made excuses and were downright scornful, accusing me of being argumentative when I simply sought assistance. Their negligence and utter disregard for our situation resulted in my wife experiencing significant trauma, enduring her procedure without any sedation or anxiety relief.
This pharmacy is a prime example of carelessness in the healthcare system. For the love of all that is good, avoid this place at all costs. You deserve better than to be subjected to their unkind, unprofessional treatment.

This is strictly for the pharmacy. Their service and excuses suck. (Not talking about the pharmacists.) Just the people taking (or not taking) calls and window service. Already spoke to corporate once, this indeed deserves a 2nd call.

I thought my last Kroger pharmacy was bad, but woah. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My family just moved here and had all my prescriptions transferred from our last Kroger to this one and it's been a nightmare. I will gladly go through the hassle of having them transferred anywhere but here just to never have to deal with them again. Worst pharmacy I've ever used, and will never go through Kroger again. May not even shop here anymore bc of this experience. Absolutely awful all around.

Slowest pharmacy. 4 people standing around with one actually trying to help people pick up.

The other day I needed an anti-biotic ointment. A pharmacist at Kroger, "Kylie" I believe was her name, called to explain it was unavailable. After I explained why it was imperative for me to get it, she called around at other local Kroger's but was not able to find it. She then called the pharmacy of a competing big-box chain and found what I needed. She transferred the prescription and I had my anti-biotic ointment that evening. "Kylie's" efforts went way above my expectations. This was definitely some amazing customer service. Thank you Kylie!!

Staff could have saved me 200% by NOT using my insurance. I asked if there was a better way, he said "no." My wife got the same prescription (without using our insurance) for 1/3 of what I ended up paying. In hindsight, I sarcastically said "hello" when approached and yelled "DOB" at. Prob my fault.

The drive through is never open and when you finally make it inside, the line is always 5-10 deep. I’ve been here 1.5 years and completely understaffed. Don’t waste your time and stick to another pharmacy

One of the least helpful pharmacies I have used. A perfect example of our corporate Healthcare system.
