The other day I needed an anti-biotic ointment. A pharmacist at Kroger, "Kylie" I believe was her name, called to explain it was unavailable. After I explained why it was imperative for me to get it, she called around at other local Kroger's but was not able to find it. She then called the pharmacy of a competing big-box chain and found what I needed. She transferred the prescription and I had my anti-biotic ointment that evening. "Kylie's" efforts went way above my expectations. This was definitely some amazing customer service. Thank you Kylie!!

Staff could have saved me 200% by NOT using my insurance. I asked if there was a better way, he said "no." My wife got the same prescription (without using our insurance) for 1/3 of what I ended up paying. In hindsight, I sarcastically said "hello" when approached and yelled "DOB" at. Prob my fault.

The drive through is never open and when you finally make it inside, the line is always 5-10 deep. I’ve been here 1.5 years and completely understaffed. Don’t waste your time and stick to another pharmacy

My medication has been on back order. I called and asked if they have any. The lady I spoke to was talking so fast. Wouldn't really let me talk. I asked if she could see if the other Krogers around her had it (mind you the pharmacy I go to did that for me) and she said she could not and hung up. I didn't even get to say anything. Just felt like she did not care at all.

Expect this place to never receive your prescription, no matter if your doctor sends it or not. If you still choose to use them, don't expect texts, calls, or any communication. Meijer on 23 has a pharmacy that actually fills prescriptions and communicates your order status to you, I'd recommend them.

I had a great experience with the pharmacy staff today, particulary with Katy. I appreciated her patience and helping to get my Rx costs more reasonable. It was my first experience at this pharmacy and was very pleased.

Kroger Pharmacy provides excellent service by responding to phone inquiries and in person pick up. Clearly, they are over staffed but they are still able to balance the enduring workload with a helpful and positive attitude. The pharm tech, Januari was extremely efficient and kind. Thank you!
