It was a good location at one point. Then the lines got longer and longer. I literally had an employee tell me how much he hated working there and quit his job mid check out. Not to mention the prices are just crazy. You can do much better at aldi or meijer or costco or Bj's.

This Kroger is worse than the smallest Kroger I have ever been to. The advertise several things to be sold on shelves but they decide not to stock the shelves with that product or decide take that sign down for the product. They've decided not to stock for several months. It's even on the app as available in store and you get to the store and it's not available. I've asked some people before and they say oh it's delivery only or pickup only but yet I've shown them on the app that it says for pickup. I have never experienced this with any other Kroger

Years ago this was my favorite Kroger. I can’t remember her name but she was the best manager. Now, management just doesn’t care. It’s very hard to read bar codes but I pointed out to a manager weeks ago that these pears don’t belong in organic section. I shopped today and they are still there. This is absolute scam and not acceptable.

Kroger has alot of room for improvement, lack of products on the shelves. Hamburger is the only red meat I buy at Kroger, because it seems as if they're meat comes from the cattle retirement home👎

I was a little late for an appointment at the clinic, had to wait to check in since someone was at the check in kiosk and than proceeded to wait while they check someone else in before being called up. They finally told me they didn't have anything available or couldn't get my daughter in that day even though I had to wait almost a half hour just to be told we couldn't be seen. If I can rate this as a zero, I would rate it as such. Thanks for the great service, no empathy or willingness to help.

I was at Starbucks the young girl who was taking my order was extremely rude and condescending. I usually get something when shopping but haven't been back. Most of the workers have long hair and only wearing a ball cap.

Poor lady on the customer service desk has an impossible job. Seniors come in and query a 5c discrepancy on their receipt. She has to run back to check SKU's, and the line just builds up. So other customers wait ages to be served. Upshot is customer service is not great. Shame, cos it's one of their nicer new stores.

Everytime I shop here the customer service falls short. The cashiers don't greet you and carry on personal conversations with the Baggers the entire time, double ringing you for items. You can forget about getting a price check if your items ring up wrong, they don't budge or offer. Unless you use your phone storage for another app you don't need and download the digital coupons before check out, you won't be honored any advertised sales prices even with being a kroger member.

I use the pick-up service and it's wonderful. I don't have to walk around to shop. I can just grab and go.
