I am 36 weeks pregnant and had the best 90 minute prenatal massage with Candy! She was lovely. Highly recommend her for your pregnancy aches and pains! :)

Update: changed from 5 stars (8 years ago) to a 3 now because of the extreme cost increase, and being advertised as 60 minute massages when they're actually 50 minutes (5 minutes are used at the beginning to undress, and 5 minutes afterwards to redress). The cost now is too steep for a 50 minute massage, in my opinion.

Looks like unless it's a 5-star rating, it appears the store doesn't receive feedback unless the reviewer takes the time to click on another link from the "business manager" to leave a second review. Is that right? BTW, the Yelp review page I used itself says "Massage Envy-Lewis Center."

Over the past year, multiple have left due to different reasons but one reason I know they all share is the way people are being treated. I've only ever had a massage by two of the female therapists there (both of which have moved on to hopefully better situations) and on the most recent visit I over heard horrible things being said about the people that work there. This location continues to lose people and no wonder with the things being said about the employees. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional especially from management!

Visited due to a surprise booking by my fiancée! I have had a kinked up shoulder so this was a quick & convenient solution. Convenience was booking the night before, inconvenience was the price! Location was great, booking was easy, the appointment was on time, service was adequate, ambiance was... lacking... the room was pretty bare compared to most massage places I've visited. No side tables with oils/lotions, no mood lighting no plants... nothing. Basically a room and a table... interesting. The massage was adequate, got some of my kinks out in my shoulders but nothing special. For THIS... pricing ... was .... high. I usually purchase off Groupon and am happy with service. I don't know if I will be back to Massage Envy unless it's an urgent type need, but ... decent service!

Ive had quite a few ongoing issues with this specific location. Mainly, there is not enough staff to handle clients. I have a monthly membership and I’m not able to use them because there are rarely appointments open. The last two appointments I’ve booked have been cancelled due to call offs and therapists quitting. I’ve also had at least five monthly accruals deleted from my account. My membership also increased even though I was grandfathered in from the Powell location. Very poor management.

I love my local massage envy in Lewis Center. The therapists are top notch. They have individuals that specialize in all different pressures. I like the option of the add-on that are offered at a reasonable price and usually use essential oils. Management is friendly and the front desk typically helpful.

You don't actually get 60 minutes of hands-on time so for the prices they charge it simply isn't a good value.

Had a 90 minute massage that ended up being maybe 20 minutes of hands on massage. I will never go back. If I wanted a slap slap pinch pinch massage I would not have paid for one. Very disappointing total payment with tip $130.57! I will stick with Spa Retreat In Delaware. I give 0/5 stars.

First therapist was ok but not as good as I was used to. I called and talked with them what type massage I was looking for. I’ve had Ryan ever since and he’s great with firm pressure!
