You guys officially lost my business today. I purchased a tree and it died. You guys don’t have a tree in stock and for me to get a “store credit” I have to bring the dead tree back to the store. This is a joke.

For all the times I have shopped inside Menards, I have never had a floor associate , acknowledge me. The saviors are the cashiers. In the 3-4 years that I have been shopping there.It's always been the cashiers that have been personable and nice.
If it was not for the cashiers I would not shop there. I shop at other big box stores.And I know people can say that about any store that it's hard to find floor employees, However , in my opinion , menards , floor employees have never once made eye contact or attempted to greet me or ask if I needed help. I know the store enough.Now that I don't need help in finding things but it would be nice to be greeted once in a while. The reason I'm still shopping there is because to get the items I need the cashiers have always been five stars.

Love their Cabela's Club Member night. First 100 members in the doors get a great free gift and stick around for the raffle prizes. We frequently also get live bait for our fishing trips as well!
