This place is a great place to come if your looking for stuff for the house. Alot of different items and manufacturers to choose from. They don't have much food but still enough to get the job done. With us being from Arozona this was our first time being in one and it did not disappoint. We always to to plan some time on the weekend to stop by, stroll around and hang out in the comfortable chairs they have.

As a manager, I know the stress that comes with the position. I was shocked by the unprofessionalism by Menards manager Julie S when I picked up my special order items. The staff has been friendly in the past, but this interaction with Julie has me thinking I'll order from another store in the future.

The insane variety of products ensures I can find everything I need for any project. From tools to materials, Menard's never disappoints. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. A one-stop-shop for anyone tackling home projects, big or small!

I want to express my gratitude to Braydon Nix, who went above and beyond to help me retrieve a ladder. His willingness to go out of his way greatly eased the process, showcasing exceptional dedication and customer service. Braydon is a true asset to the team, and I'm incredibly thankful for his outstanding assistance. I suggest management reward this young man as they need more employees like this. Outstanding work from him, we need more people like him in our society. From what I can see, NO ONE, has the drive, determination, hardworking spirit, physical/mental strength, and most importantly considering/compassion/empathy.kudos to Braydon, and I hope he has a long and fruitful life as he grows afar from his flourishing youth.

This is a nice discount hardware and more type store. I wish they would stop advertising the price like they take the 11% off right away (you have to mail it in to get a gift card, so you're still spending the money either way) since it's kind of false advertising. Other than that, it's a great place to get seasonal decor and a lot of your hardware needs.

The customer service lady with brown hair felt the need to yell across the store and ask if my golden retriever was a service animal. She was very rude and was laughing with a coworker. I just walked off. I shop there twice a week for work, but I’ll go to Home Depot from now on. FYI she is a professionally trained well behaved service dog.

I drove 30 minutes to pick up my order and I go to the store and it turns out that they did not have what I ordered and online they tell me that it is ready to pick it up. No more wasting my time. And let's see if they return my money because they make things available if they don't have them that bad

This store location has HORRIBLE customer service! The store manager, Julie, refused to even speak with us directly to help fix the problem. We ordered blocks for a seat wall kit and they told us everything was in stock. We picked it up the next day and of course half of our order was not in stock. They made us return our order and then repurchase the parts we needed (which then messed up the rebate we were supposed to get). Then they had to reorder the missing parts and gave us a date when it would be in. Well it never arrived. Then they said to come back in a few days. Still not here. Then they refused to help us find it at another store. So now we have to purchase it again from another store just so we can finish our project. Absolutely unacceptable service!!

I know Menards is not known for the help of their people. Have a question good luck finding someone to ask. Then waited for over 5 mins in a line that got one person through and 4 people ahead of me. Multiple people standing around watching is..only 4 registers open and each had 4 or more people in line. No self checkout to speed things up...you know for those who have two things. I am willing to pay more for service...but you do t get that here.

I looked up 3 types of decking boards I needed which were special to Menards. Found them on website, but ordering site had different lengths available so I ordered what I could. Got an email stating my order was received and I would be contacted for a delivery date. The day before the scheduled delivery I received a phone call that "we" had a problem, one of the boards was no longer available. I was not told this when I ordered, when order was received, or when delivery was scheduled. I was transferred to the lumber section to see if a substitution could be made and was met with the rudest person and the worst customer service. I was able to make a substitution finally and had to wait for that order to arrive. When it did arrive I received another email that my order was ready for pick up. I called to say I had already paid over $100 for delivery and just needed to schedule a new date. It took over 30 minutes for anybody in delivery scheduling to answer the phone, but I was eventually told what date to expect the lumber. The lumber was delivered on the day promised with SPECIFIC instructions to place the lumber in the driveway so as not to kill the grass. The delivery driver placed the lumber in the grass and his forklift left rubber tracks all over my concrete driveway and leaked either oil or hydraulic fluid while also leaving a few clumps of mulch here and there. I hope I am able to clean the driveway without any staining or pitting. All in all this has been a very nerve racking experience with some very rude and unhelpful people at the store and a very misleading website. I would not order anything from this company, especially if you want it delivered. I feel bad about leaving a One Star rating but they don't have anything lower.

Just sad. Do not confuse their store pickup with curbside pick up. Even after you figure out where to go. you have to walk inside and haul your stuff out and load it yourself. In my case, they gave me a new ladder that was already banged up. I dragged it back in to ask if they had another and the lady working pick ups said I could drag it all the way to paint and check. No offer to have someone look or anything, despite it being their banged up ladder and me being the customer. I called and spoke to Cameron who said he was a front-end manager, but he didn't seem too bothered by what I explained. Funny since when you call, the store the message speaks to their commitment to quality and service. Well, I got terrible of both. I won't be shopping there anymore.

Fantastic selection, awesome prices. We bought a fire pit and grill for less than the price of one fire pit at Home Depot. I love Menards!
