I love Michael's I come to Michael's for my crafting needs. Everyone so helpful, even at the last minute before closing 2 to 3 people maybe helping me gather my supplies or find items! Their online matches their store when it comes to availability.

I had not been to Michael’s store in about a year and a half. I went specifically for beads and wire for my jewelry making. I was very disappointed that the strong beads I wanted had no price tag on them or on the shelf and it was by three get three. In my mind, I was thinking they wouldn’t be over six dollars apiece. There was nobody around to help obviously so I Bought three and got three when I got up to the check out and was rung up I about died when I saw that the beads were ridiculous in price. The cashier said oh I hate it when they do this. They don’t put prices on these. It seems to me that if you’re going to sell something, especially if it’s on sale you could put your prices on it or at least give people some kind of an idea these beads were $15.99 per strand. The wire selection was not very good either and everything seemed to be so expensive compared to what I pay at Hobby lobby. I doubt I’ll be going back.

When I realized that they wouldn't accept my UPS package, because it wasn't securely taped, the ladies were kind enough to find some boxing tape for me. It was a bargain for $5.99. They also assisted me finding the beginning of the tape so that I could finally securely tape the package. They were very patient with me even after I pointed out that the location is due to close and the company is in debt for over $4 billion and I said some unkind things about their customers in general.

Normally enjoy Michael's but staffing has been iffy at best last few visits. The framing department was closed do to short staffed, next visit the person "working" the desk could give two Fs about helping anyone.

Had everything that was needed to complete my project. And not even mentioning the "hot blond" that was at the checkout that my partner was mesmerized by, I want her fired!!! lol just teasing, I didn't even go. But he did!!! Lol "for the last time" lol
