I’d love to write a review about the service but we never got there. Requested a quote twice. Never heard back either time. A muffler place that doesn’t want to talk to me about my exhaust. Seems like bad business. Is it because I’m smart enough to have bought a code scanner years ago so places wouldn’t try to screw me over? And mentioned that up front? I’m guessing so. All good. We found a place in the hood that will do it for a quarter of the price as any place up north here. Genius Midas. But thank you for your laziness. Saved me a ton of money.

We use this Midas for all, but one, of our vehicles (we have 5). We are able to get in quickly and service is usually done within a day. the employees are very nice and are truthful with repairs. It's nice to have that.
This time the texting was set up to tell me when the vehicle went into the bay and texted when it was done. I really like this feature. This helped me budget my time throughout the day for pickup

Manager Chris Bazell is the reason I chose this Midas location. He treated all customers with integrity and respect. I learned to trust his recommendations for what my car needed. With him gone, I won’t be returning.

Went to them for a second opinion from another garage and they gave me a lot better price and save me from spending money on things that didn't need repaired

Brandon, the new manager at the Midas at 216 Hornbeam Ln, Lewis Center, OH 43035 is HORRIBLE. He is very condescending, especially to women, he tries to get you to get services that you don't need and needs to take some classes on customer service. If anyone else has had the same experience with him PLEASE speak out. Midas needs to know what type of person they have employed/transitioned to this particular location. I dropped my car off on a Sunday night to have my brakes checked. I didn't hear anything on Monday, so I called on Tuesday to check the status and my car still wasn't ready. When I asked what the breakdown of the charge would be, I was given a price for the brakes, was told that my battery was at 50% and that I would need a new one and that the vehicle would be ready Wednesday. Initially I said okay. Then I thought about it, if my battery is at 50% I'm still good. I called back and stated I did not want a new battery. Wednesday I received a call from Brandon stating my car was ready. I go pick it up only to find out my battery had been drained. The vehicle didn't even turn over. Brandon kept saying I told you you needed a battery. If my battery was at 50% when I drove it in then it should be leaving at 50%. How were they able to move the car from the bay back to the parking lot if it didn't start? Brandon stated that he sees it all the time that car batteries drain while they are sitting. Now I'm upset because he wants me to purchase a battery for $209. I asked him to charge my battery back up and I would purchase a battery elsewhere. His response was a passive aggressive comment saying that he didn't care if I purchased a battery from the Dollar Tree. Not only was that comment passive aggressive, it was highly offensive and racist. I have been a Midas customer at this location for 20 years with multiple vehicles. I WILL NOT RETURN! In the past I worked with the previous manager Chris whom I trust. He was reliable, very friendly and never tried to sell us services that we didn't need. Chris provided nothing short of excellent customer service. Midas has lost a loyal customer because of the treatment that I received from Brandon.

Do you like lazy service? Enjoy Not being told vital information that could have saved you THOUSANDS of dollars and hours of headache? Would you like to be completely dismissed when there is an issue with the service done on your vehicle?
Then look no further because this is the dumpster fire for you!
My sister-in-law was recently looking at a vehicle. She brought it here for inspection. They green lit everything. She brought it home and my brother took a look at it when he got off work to find the tires have been expired since 2011, the exhaust was detached, and the brake lines were also garbage with holes and leaks all throughout the vehicle.
He called to ask what they checked and they said "we did a courtesy look over. We didn't get paid to do a full inspection."
What did that look over include? Well it didn't include noticing any of the life hazards thus vehicle was riddled with.
Maybe they liked the paint job and noticed the windows weren't smashed in and thought "meh, good enough Bill. Full send!"
Their actions were lazy, irresponsible, and inexcusable. I hope they end up paying for everything they blatantly ignored and then some.
