I had a very disappointing experience at the CVS Minute Clinic due to the excessively long waiting time. My appointment time was 11:10am and I wasn’t attended till Noon. I understand that walk-in clinics can get busy, but the wait was much longer than expected, even though I scheduled an appointment. The lack of communication about delays was frustrating, and it felt like my time wasn’t valued. I would not recommend this clinic if you’re looking for prompt service.

Went to this CVS minute clinic. What a literal joke. The provider Pragati Ghariya does not know what she is doing. She drew my sample into the wrong tube. And then calls me to come back after I already waited over an hour for my appointment time to be seen.

I had an appointment at this minute clinic yesterday 5/11/24 (with Catherine Nickerson NP) and my wife had one today 5/12. Their weighing scale is wrong, it weighed me 5 pounds more than my actual weight and 3.5 pounds more for my wife and their blood pressure machine reads at least 10 points more than the actuals. When I went back to check with them, they were reluctant to answer and rude.
They try to fraudulently show more reading and propose false medication instruction to upsell their products. Please AVOID this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Elizabeth Whipple was TERRIBLE. I felt judged and left with no results. So rude and unhelpful. Floored she is in the medical field.

I have a suggestion for the practitioner Elizabeth, please have a smile on face it costs you nothing and also if someone greets at least greet them back. Being a brown guy I felt it’s an unwelcoming place. Sorry if this hurts.

I visited minute clinic today & there wasn't anyone waiting or checked in to be seen. System was not working to book another appointment & nurse wasn't helpful & cancelled the appointment for being 5 minutes late. I understand if the facility was busy & people would hv already checked in to be seen. But not a single person showed up for 30 minutes still there weren't any appointments available to book online either.
