I paid for 10 bags but they only loaded 9 bags for premium quad grind. I called and the costumer service said I have to go back to get refund. After a long time of driving. First I get lost and park nextdoor and walked all the way. You have to do u turn and its a waste of time. I did u turn twice because they can't load at their neighbor side which is understandable. Going back It's another waste of time. I should've watch the guy who loaded the bags in my trunk. Never coming back here again.

Delivery is two days late. Third year in a row that it is late. Unfortunately it's the only store that delivers bulk to my area or I wouldn't do business with them again

This is the 2nd time we have ordered mulch weeks before the due date and day/days behind. Called multiple times finally someone answered, can't give me a ETA. Order from somewhere else!

Their employee shatter my rear window while loading the mulch, they told me they will reimburse the window repair fee, but later the refused to do so. Very disappointing, they should be responsible for the damage that they did to customers’ vehicles.

I have now had two horrible experiences with Ohio mulch and will never purchase anything from them again. Last year, I ordered mulch and topsoil and was never told when it was actually going to be delivered (which was not on my requested delivery date mind you) and they dumped loose soil and mulch all over a brand new gravel driveway. This year, I took one more chance and ordered a large amount of bagged mulch. They again changed my delivery date, but I again was never told what time or when it would be delivered. They delivered the wrong mulch, and when I spoke with customer service I stated that I just wanted to be refunded since the original mulch I purchased was more expensive than what I received. They refused to give me a refund, and it wasn't even the customer service manager who called to speak with me. Their customer service is truly appalling.
