I just wanted to take a quick second to say that our pizzas and breadsticks were cooked perfectly tonight, thank you very much!No delays, added a little extra seasoning on the breadsticks, and pepperoni nice and crispy!

Terrible service, all the staff are disgusting people, their disgusting uniform looks like they are doing mechanics, the manager smokes in the restaurant, racists and classists, they leave customers waiting for a long time, my order took 40 minutes, I entered the restaurant and they passed 15 minutes and no one attended to me. Those who serve are pigs. And even though you talk to them and they ignore you, I will never, ever buy from this pizza chain again. That is why it increasingly disappears due to lack of attention to cleaning, security, etc.

I asked (twice) on the delivery order for the pizza to be placed on the porch, but the delivery person rang the bell and waited for me to answer. How hard is it to leave the order on the porch???????

Very slow!!! There was 10 ppl in the lobby amd not 1 person came to see what we needed! Alot of Orders are in the warmer amd and no help getting ppl out the door!!

These people are HORRIBLE. They are thieves. I paid $30.43 ($5.49 delivery charge)plus a 4.57 tip with an online order that was NEVER delivered. When I called customer service they said they would submit a "remake" and they would not charge me FOR THE SECOND PIZZA. How generous of them considering I never got the first one.I had to go pick it up myself. While they refunded the delivery charge, no refund on the tipDO NOT TIP ON THE APP WITH THESE PEOPLE.

It was very bad, rude people, the app accepted my order and we got there it was closed with the employees inside and they did not answer the ones we were on the street waiting for, we had to call and they answered and said it was closed and they turned off the phone in my face terrible service and horrible employees. If it closes before then change the time in the application and on Google map it was a lack of respect for customers.

The delivery driver asked for a tip saying that he did not have that much gas. What in the world is wrong with people these days. Also I think that the drivers should have heated bags because the pizza was just a little warm when I received it.

Best Pizza Hut location around Columbus. They delivered the fresh, crisp and delicious pan pizza and breadsticks I remember from my childhood. Very nostalgic
