If it weren't for the gas, I wouldn't come here. They've screwed up my Kroger points numerous times. The experiences w the staff were so bizarre and unprofessional to not even be believable.

So I went to pay at the pump, used my debit card and the cashier inside canceled my transaction, yet charged my debit card $44.06He said he didn't do anything, yet I showed him proof that he did indeed take my money. Now I have to wait for the funds to be put back into my bank account next week since it's Friday night. Scam artist is all he is. He laughed about it too. I called the police and all I could do is make a report.

Tried to get gas had to go in pumps credit cards weren't t working. Attendant rude as hell. Wouldn't t service us gas cuz he was cleaning up a drink spilled in the floor. Turned away a line of people said I m gonna be down for awhile. A little tiny spill. He should be let go. Poor customer service skills. We all took our business to udf next door

Pumps rarely take rewards card for Kroger, and staff gives you attitude when you ask for the 3rd time to “unlock,” the pump. Will go elsewhere.

My favorite gas station to stop at for a drink before work. They have a decent selection of beverages and snacks. I've never had trouble or anything. Super clean, nice staff.

Where do they take 20-30 minutes break in the middle of the day. Close the door & disable the pumps so you can’t self serve! This Shell is missing out on a lot of money… there were over 20 cars in the lot and had to leave due to the inconvenience! Don’t come to this shell, unreliable and inconsistent!

This sad excuse of a gas station shouldn't even be open... They randomly close at odd hours of the night to "clean". Tonight their "registers were down". The guy that works there at night is worthless (clearly why he works the night shift at a gas station), and just decides when he doesn't want to work. You guys have a big problem on your hands...

So they removed my original review..I went to this location 5/10 and came across the same back in 15 minutes sign. Waited for about 45 minutes and no one returned. There wasn't even a vehicle in the parking spots..

I had been using this gas station for years with no problem but in brand new building new staff including managers are noot good. They make a lot of mistakes and they are rude. About one week ago the front door was locked in the middle of the day with no reason. It had never happened before with old staff.
