The location is convenient. The app makes it easy to see the wait time and gives me a time to arrive, so I do not have to wait in the store. The team at the location I go to remembers me, and I like that they know how I like my hair cut.

I came here today for a short trim. I have been growing my hair out for almost 5 months and have been enjoying the length. I specially told the person I wanted barely anything off the back, just cut the ends. Instead, 4-5 months of growing my hair out is gone and my hair got chopped in the back. It doesn’t look bad, it’s just not what I wanted or asked for. I am so disappointed in having to grow my hair out again over 4-5 more months. I added a picture of my hair from Tuesday and then three days later when I got my hair cut. The person who cut my hair was very nice but something got lost in translation of what I asked for. I did say something about it being really short after the cut and they said it was wet and would fluff out when it dried. It did not.

Despite I check in online and arriving early, the stylist stalled long enough to allowing another customer to cut in front of me， the point of online check system is allowing you to get haircut immediately when you arrive, nevertheless the system is clearly failing here.

I recently took my 8 year old for a haircut and unfortunately , I was extremely disappointed with the results. Additionally the overall customer service was lacking , atmosphere felt rushed and impersonal.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this center and would strongly advise against going there. The staff, particularly the person who assisted me, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was clearly in a rush, cutting corners without even bothering to ask for my input or preferences. It felt as though she wasn’t at all interested in providing good service. To make matters worse, the entire interaction left me feeling disrespected and completely ignored. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Because of Pauline, my experience here has always exceeded expectations. She embodies what customer service should be—kind, thoughtful, and dedicated to making sure every client feels valued.
However, it’s important to note that not all staff members share the same commitment to customer care. I’ve noticed that some individuals seem more preoccupied with making passive-aggressive comments and fixating on petty details that customers would never notice, rather than focusing on creating a positive experience.
That said, don’t let this impact what you might experience—take it at surface level because the overall experience and the quality of the haircut are well worth the value. Pauline’s exceptional service truly elevates this place, and I highly recommend giving it a try.

Please avoid visiting this shop at any cost. My 5 year old kid tried to take a sucker from the bowl and the person at the register was so rude. She grabbed the bowl and said the kid can take the sucker after the haircut. This was so mean to grab something from a kid. This is the first and as well as the last time we visiting here.
