Pretty disappointed with Tim Hortons anymore. This is now the third time I have ordered the bacon waffle breakfast sandwich, the app shows my pick up time being an hour later, and when I get there they say they sold out of the sandwich. When i asked the employee how long ago they sold out, he said 20 minutes. So the restaurant HAD my sandwich in stock the whole time, but sold my sandwich to someone else. And they can't even give a refund for it. I contacted support and it took 2 WEEKS to hear back from them. Honestly horrible experience. Don't know if its this location specifically or a corporate issue but they aren't worth your money.

they DIDNT give me my doughnut, messed up and burnt my timbits and still charged me for my missing doughnuts this is just obserd! I want a refound now!!!

I've been stopping by here for little over a year now. Staff is friendly for the most part. A few sour members in drive thur. Normally I don't see them long. Clean and great environment. Now having said that, I purchase the same very day. Any other Tim Hortons I stop by, they make it right. For some reasons in the last 6 months my coffee is never the same. I don't know if its not enough of what I ask for or they don't stir the coffee and its all at the bottom. Which creamer doesn't drop to the bottom and I can tell the color of the coffee when there is the right amount. The only other thing I can think of is the coffe is stronger..... Much stronger. If this continues, I'm going else where its the same everyday. This store is convenient for me, so this will put me out. I normally do make a fuss, but if its something I ask for and pay for, it's what I should receive. Really really really fast, might want to be brought down to really really fast, or really fast...........other then that, thank you team of Tim Hortons.11/26/23 I'm curious. The price stated on the screen, not to mention so does the person speaking through the speaker, $2.79. Why was it I was only given $0.80 back?!

I've never really had a problem with this Tim Hortons before. But they messed up my order and when I went back to get it corrected. The lady at the desk never apologized and demanded that I take the old order and throw it away myself. I said you throw it away, it's your mistake and she refused. She got nasty with me and said I didn't have any manners . We know who doesn't have the manners it's called customer service for a reason . I did end up getting my food, it just took a long time. If they screw your order up and you have to take it back and get your correct order be prepared for a verbal combative Behavior from the front counter lady.

Always enjoyed Tim Hortons although there are none close to my house so I like to take advantage of going when I find one while traveling. Nice selection of food and beverage at reasonable

Called at least a dozen times in the afternoon on 2 occasions and no one answered the phone. I wanted to see if they had a certain product before I drive over. I went over to see their menu. I asked the guy at the window why they don't answer their phone. He said they were told not to. Mornings are their busiest times which was seemed odd because I called in the afternoon. Ive taken my business to Westerville even though Im only a 5 minutes away. Change that policy and I may go back. Until then. No.

Placed a $11 order on your app on July 22. I couldn't make it to the store. They offer no option to cancel the order. Its not like they make orders before hand. Their helpline only offered 400 points. The equivalent of a donut. Feels like theft to me.

I love this brand new, perfect location. It is clean, the staff is kind & the TimBits are bomb of course. I got the new Oreo cold brew, it was the perfect amount of sweetness. I will be back here. I spy date days for sure.

I buy donuts for a retail store & it's morning meeting. Every time I am in this location, the staff are always very friendly and super nice. It is always clean and inviting. The food is fresh and they take care when I have a large order to make sure everything is packaged nicely so it gets back to the store safely. The store manager is very personable & takes pride in her store.

The bathroom is not clean, and door handles are sticky and dirty along with the floors, walls, and toilet. Didn't understand anything the cashier said.
