Orlando is exceptional! I came to this store after having an awful experience at the Polaris/Lewis Center Verizon store. He was so helpful and made this typically stressful experience for me an enjoyable time! I will go to him for any future phone needs. He was standing at the front door to greet me as soon as I got there. It was so nice to have a great conversation and make this experience as easy as possible. This man deserves a raise! He was above and beyond all expectations and I even left my purse there and he called me right away so I could come back and get it. I was going to just buy all of my new phone chargers, accessories, and cases cheap on amazon or tj maxx but he was so fabulous I ended up purchasing all of my gear from him directly which is something I never do because I think they are overpriced. He helped me pick out the cutest phone case to go with my super cute pink new Iphone 16. He was fabulous! Everyone be sure to go see MR.Orlando!

Orlando did an outstanding job describing Verizon was offering a promotion on my iPhone 14 to upgrade to the iPhone 16 pro. Not only did I do the promotion, Orlando took many extra steps explaining other questions. I have been a Verizon customer for many years and with Orlando’s service help and attitude, I cannot see leaving Verizon.

Lied about promos and monthly pricing so they could get a commission then had to deal with verizon directly months later to fix everything. About $550 total difference in billing for their $20... Fun to deal with. Use an indirect store. They take trades in person and actually offer honest promos.

I was in this location about a week ago. I dropped my phone and it was no longer able to turn on and I needed a replacement. I talked with Mr. Green and he helped me pick out a phone. He answered all my questions and concerns about the phone I was looking for. There was also a female rep, super kind and knowledgeable, she provided insight on the Samsung S24 which really helped the decision process. After my purchase, I came back a few days later to do my old phone off and pick up some accessories. Jamie or maybe Jesse, I forget exactly, helped me with my request and also provided info on the perks which I hadn't fully looked into. Another great experience at this location. I can't say enough how helpful and kind the people at this location are
