“You don't see customer service like this anymore! I recently purchased a home with a central vacuum. Never having a central vac before, I was unfamiliar with the system. So when it started having issues I called the number on the canister. Myrl responded to my call right away. I was working at the time and he could have just scheduled a routine service call. Instead, he took down some info and called me later that night after I was home. After a few troubleshooting questions, we found the problem and it is working perfectly again.
