I cannot recommend Todd or his company. I purchased a custom door and when they installed it, they found that they ordered the wrong size. Not only that, they didn't tell me about it until AFTER they had already Jerry rigged it in place and had wrapped up the installation. They never offered to replace the door with the correct door. They also ordered the wrong siding and tried to tell me it was the correct siding and that my siding has faded. After obtaining a set of sample siding, we determined that they ordered the wrong siding.

Bought replacement windows (with lifetime warranty) several years ago. While they did respect the warranty, little assistance was provided as the warranty work goes through the manufacture now. Huge snafu trying to get my replacements....Double Tilt was of no help in trying to get the replacements...poor communication and I got a sense that they didn't want to help me

Had a partial bath remodeled. Tile installer does nice work but I could never recommend. He never showed up before 11:00 am and took over 5 weeks to complete. Then after a few months I notice a hairline crack in floor grout and a few holes in grout in shower wall. They looked at it and said they would take care of it. It's now been over 3 months and I haven't heard a word. I ended up taking care of it myself.

Very happy with the service & installation. I replaced a small kitchen window & a larger dining room window. They also suggested to replace the exterior trim that was rotting with metal. It looks so much better! Todd, Terry & Dale were very professional throughout the process. Will be calling them again for the next window replacement in my home!

Have used DTS&D on two houses. First house was whole house window replacement, including sliding door, the second had mostly new windows already, but poor quality. On second home, we installed windows where new ones weren't already installed and replaced one 7 foot and created an opening for and installed an 8 foot sliding door in the basement. In both places installation was excellent, even when it wasn't run-of-the-mill. Have recommended this company to several of my friends as I have that much confidence in their product and installation.

Called Double tilt and Sash Repair, to get a estimate to repair my leaking roof. The representative explained because of the weather they would not be at my home until the following Tuesday. When the didn’t set a time of day I should’ve realized they were’nt serious, because they never showed up nore returned my call to reschedule.
