After asking around for for the car wash, somebody suggested this place online. I'm glad I came. Did a way better job than buckeye ever did and her last money! Well after checking out the website well not so much a website as a mobile app and one of the guys at the quick loop suggested I'm not so sold on this place. At first, the idea of a unlimited wash membership sounded very tempting because as previously stated this place did a way better job than buckeye Express ever did. But the one drawback that I'll have to point out is that buckeye isn't a truly unlimited car. Wash any location and many times as you want for a day and if you live here in the rust belt, you're probably going to want to wash your car more than once a day, especially this time of year as everybody knows if you can manage to keep the salt off your vehicle. It's going to last at least a little bit longer while buckeye isn't you as a good a job. This is one of the few times where I'm going to say quantity may take over on quality. So with that being said, it's nothing against this place. Kind of underhanded. That's just one guy's opinion but I come here again most definitely but I'm not till sold on the memberships

Been going to this car wash for years. Never had any trouble getting my vehicles washed here. Prices are typical for a touchless car wash. Good selection of washes to choose from. Cleans vehicle good for a touchless wash. Is it perfect, no, but it works. Also has self serve wash bays.

Under New Ownership - Lexington - with all the car wash options becoming available to us, I highly recommend the (touchless) wash (and oil change) off Orchard Park (same side road as Dollar General). I met the new owner; really nice guy. They have made significant changes with more to come. There is now excellent water and soap pressure in the bays. The two drive-thru bays are TOUCHLESS and offer more wash options than in the past. The dryers were actually pointed in the right direction to dry my truck. The new vacuums are excellent and did a really nice job. All the coin and card readers worked. They will be offering a monthly pass. While I was there, they were cleaning out each bay, taking out trash and doing a general walk-through to make sure everything is perfect. To avoid potential scratches and damage to our vehicles, we never use the car washes with brushes. It is difficult to find a well-maintained touchless car wash so it's great the new owners are focused on the customer experience! (Disclaimer: I do not personally know the owners; this is just a general recommendation on my experience and where I will be frequently washing our vehicles).

We had issues on Friday (card reader wouldn't give us time for wash) but ended up charging me. Owner quickly refunded with no issues! Even offered a free automatic wash!
Seems to be under new ownership! Give them a try.

Rinse cycle failed to work. Had to manually finish wash in bay. Reporting issue was not successful. Number given had full In box. Update : received refund in timely manner after being contacted by manager of car wash. 4 stars for fast refund

You can tell that the place is not kept up to par at all. The spray machines we're broken and spraying out the sides of the hose and then one of the machines there was quarters that were in the machine and stuck there were also weeds all around growing and bugs galore

Auto wash didnt get sides of my car clean, then the vacuums were broken and took my money. Don't waste your time with this place.

Got my wife's vehicle oil changed here. Seems like a small family owned business that is kind and genuinely caring about you and your vehicle. The middle aged man running the shop seems to be teaching his grandson the right way to run a business. I was always addressed as Mr or Sir. Super polite and professional!! I'll absolutely continue to get my vehicles serviced here!

Time after time the touchless wash bays will not process payments

Every bay was out of soap. No one to communicate to to solve the problem. Called the phone number on the building and they said the line has been disconnected. Very sad.

This carwash is truly touchless and I love it. For $12 you get a good wash and a decent dry off. No brushes just water jets.
No scratches on your car!!!
