First unit I was about to win Red Dot removed it went all eight days or 9 and then removed within the last few minutes second unit I open the door and it looked like someone had ransacked it owners don't just throw their stuff all over the floor I was told there was no one working at the facilities and then I met one of the guys that work at the facility although the purchasing getting the information went pretty smooth I just don't believe no one was in that unit before it was auctioned off.

Very disappointed with reddot . Too many rate increases that I feel are just a result of greed. 20%increase across the board in the past year is excessive in my opinion. I'm looking for a place to move to for that reason alone. Not sure they can justify such increases.

I used the 10x30 unit from February 12 through September 8 in 2022 and there were some concerns about the safety and security but I reported them both. Also, I had a random lock placed on my unit (photo attached) and had to get them to remove it. Apparently if people don't notice there is a drop off box for locks they lease from red dot they will just place a lock on your unit. Lastly, the move out process is not thoroughly done. You have to do the move out online using an automated phone process. The confirmation of my move out isn't confirmed until a manager checks the unit for items or trash. I will have to wait to see if they complete it then. My unit is clean so i should not get charged $150 for an unclean unit. Photo attached. Also my rates went up $28 after 6 months use which was not expected. Otherwise my use of the unit was fair but glad I was able to move out before 7 months.

The kiosk for self check-in was not working so I had to spend forever on the phone going through the information all over again. After I had already spent an eternity the first time when I called to reserve the unit. This 10x10 unit is definitely not worth almost $100 a month. I will be vacating it as soon as possible. The floor is covered with mud that has obviously washed in, and you can see daylight in multiple places. Had I known the quality was this shoddy I would have went elsewhere.

I've had a unit there now for about 6 years - pre Red Dot and after. I'm writing to respond to another post that cited a leaky roof - just want to say in my 6 years I've never had a leak. I also appreciate the upgrades since Red Dot took over, such as the new security fence and gate. Definitely feels more secure now.

Horrible!!! Don't rent here!!! Customer service is over seas, they don't understand what your saying Half of the time. I set my unit up only was told a price then when I got my first invoice they tired to charged me tax 2 times, then they charge admin fee no one told me about, and then they also charge a insurance fee no one also told me about when I was setting this up. I've called and tried to speak to a supervisor and no one called me back. There tons of units in Mansfield that will treat you correctly.

Snow plowed 1 time in the last 2 years. The roofs of the buildings need replaced as they leak. I was forced to relocate to different units because of the leaking roofs and that was 2 years ago. Those roofs have still never been replaced. The manager lives in a different state!!!!!
